Lovely blonde young lady named Abby made my sub this afternoon, impeccable customer service, and it was put together very nicely. She cracked jokes as she made my sub and overall made my subway experience a delightful one. The other young lady working I believe was also named Abby, she seemed very nice as well, greeted me very politely when I walked in. Much nicer than the bigger short girl with the nose ring they used to have working there.

Mid-afternoon on a Thursday, not too busy. The guy at the counter was engaging and charismatic, even though it was clear he wasn't having a good day himself. He and his co-worker kept casual conversation nearly the entire time he made my subs, which kind of created a relaxed and natural atmosphere. The conversation was entertaining and all the while the guy was able to put in the utmost care in crating the subs. Some of the most well put together subs I've ever had. It's clear this guy has made subs for himself many times, because each topping was placed strategically and layered extremely well. At one point he even said despite his rough day, he only came into work for the customers, which I thought was a really sweet line.

My daughter has never tried subway before, the young man working at 1:45 on September 20th was great! He made her something she liked, and she’s very picky. Great service from both staff members :)

Poor attitudes behind the counter.
My food was not put together well. Never had a disappointing time at a subway before. Until now.

Stopped in around 3:00pm on a Saturday — peak time for a busy highway stop — and honestly, the experience was disappointing from start to finish.
First, there was only one person working the counter despite the line and heavy traffic at this time of day. This caused delays, mistakes, and a rushed feeling to the entire visit.
Order Accuracy: I paid for double cheese but did not receive it. Multiple veggies were forgotten even after being requested. I had to remind them to toast the sandwich after it was already halfway made. At one point, another girl jumped in to “help” even though she was not scheduled. She was handling food without a uniform, hair net, or gloves, which felt unsanitary and unprofessional.
They had to run to the back several times to refill meats and vegetables, holding up the line even more. Only one kind of bread was available.
The sandwich was wrapped so poorly that veggies and sauce spilled everywhere before I even left the counter.
This location is in a prime spot where fast, reliable service should be the priority. Instead, it felt understaffed, unorganized, and careless. Subway can do better — especially at a busy highway stop where customers expect efficiency and basic quality standards.

One employee at lunch time, the other was on break. The line goes outside the restaurant. The employee are making one sandwich at a time even if someone orders many sandwiches. They don't speak french in a bilingual province. They also ran put of cheese. All that a 1pm

The girl with the nose ring’s approach to service was so unbelievably bad… we didn’t know if it was a joke. She had a full on conversation with her coworker while she was making our sub, taking pauses to discuss how she didn’t want to be there. She got annoyed when we asked for our sub to be toasted… it was such a strange level of bad that we had to laugh at the experience.
To his credit, the young man (her coworker) tried his best to get her to focus and make our food, citing a previous review and telling her she needs to improve. This amounted to nothing.
Food is standard subway, one of the reasons I like subway is because it’s the same everywhere. A testament to subway is that even with an awful “sub artist” the taste was still great.

Terrible experience. We stopped on Saturday the 26th around 7pm .The staff didn’t even speak to us , the only time they spoke was to each other about how they didn’t want to be there and how their manager left an hour early and now they can’t have a break. Short Girl with nose ring looked so miserable and she literally sulked and pouted the entire time we were there. She also rolled her eyes at us as we approached the counter. As soon as we finished ordering she said to her coworker “ good , now we can finally go eat the sandwiches we made for ourselves. It was actually unbelievable how unwelcoming she was. She needs lessons in customer service.

There was a very friendly staff member working there that had recently moved from Toronto. He was kind and talkative with the clients. He took time to wash his hands well and created a nice experience while on our trip.

Over charged me and would do nothing to fix it. Poor management and lack of training.
We stopped in on the way through for a late supper. It was 9:15pm on Saturday and they didn’t close until 10pm as stated online and on the door. But not only was the door that connects subway to Fen’s, locked, but the front door was also locked at 9:15pm! We went into Fen’s to ask why, and they told us that since it was so close to closing (45 minutes until closing) that the person probably had everything all put away so they’d be ready for 10. I work in a restaurant myself, and if the sign says we’re open until 10 we serve the public until 10!
Worst subway, guy who work there he do work like smashing things , have no intreast in work
