We had to stop here thinking we had no other place to go. There was no one in the shack. A sweet person served us a hot cheese pizza. The pizza wasn't great! Felt like we were eating a boxed pizza. A 3 on 5 for food but the person inside / server was really sweet. The salad was a 2 on 5.

The best pizza I’ve ever had. Generous with the toppings and freshly made.Nice to have a vegetarian pizza on the menu. The Caesar salad had too much dressing on it.
Vegetarian options: A delicious vegetarian pizza is on their menu.Salads and garlic bread with cheese are also available.

PIZZA SHACK IN WILLOW GROVEVery poor customer service.. as advertised under there menu it has 2 supper Donairs and 2 pop for 13.99 plus tax when placing my order they said No that's not the special for Donairs. They said the special was 2 regular Donairs for 19 something.. I said that wasn't fair and not my fault they don't update there website and that they have to honor there prices as advertised.. after a 20 minute discussion on the price and customer service all they would do is give me the supper Donairs at the regular price of 19.77 which is 6 dollars more than advertised on there website Plus they put the wrong toppings on them. Pizza Shack make sure your menu on the website is the same as in the store.. Don't advertise one price then charge a different price.. VERY VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.. DUE BETTER PIZZA SHACK IN WILLOW GROVE.

Ordered a pizza today and they told me 25 min. Go and get it and she said they sold it to someone. Well it wasn’t us. Didn’t seem to care so yeah never again!
So like.. I wanna rate this higher because it can be of pretty good value if you buy U-Bake pizzas, but honestly the quality of the food is pretty mediocre sadly. They are very very cheap with the toppings (the cheese pizza is so badly under-topped that it's a red marinara pizza with polka-dots of cheese over the surface, for one example) and the crust doesn't rise at all whether you but a pre-made or U-Bake pizza. The super giant donairs are pretty tasty but super expensive. Calzones are good but the saltiness is unreal.
Speaking of salt, I think that the quality of their ingredients is pretty poor - they don't look or taste amazing and they are incredibly salty tasting - and that comes from a salt-aholic.
Choices are limited in the area so I go here more than I otherwise would.. but that doesn't make the food any better at the end of the day.

Went there for the 2 super donair specials.My wife asked why they don't put pepperoni on it since the 2 other pizza shack we go to that sell the same special does?she told him your ripping people off by charging same price for less topping and he lost a customer!!he's says that fine I don't need your money anyway!!She said she was going to call Dale on Mondayto tell about it ,the 2 working just laughed like it was no big deal..we won't be ever buying from there again !!

I never would have guessed that pizza boxes were more important than repeat customers!I was into the Willow Grove location tonight (feb 12 2022) to purchase a 12" pizza with the works and 12" garlic fingers which was a combo that came with a 2L pop and sauce and I also got a 6" donair.Because it was to feed my father and I and we were on our way home to our separate houses I asked the girl behind the counter to please put half the pizza and half the garlic fingers in one box and the remaining into another box... I was told "no.. that was too many boxes.. this sale came in one large box and it was too many boxes to separate it...I was quite surprised and thought that she was kidding but nopeVery disappointed because I was forced to year the box in half and try to separate the pies into 2 portions without any utensils.. made a complete mess as you can imagine because it had just come out of the oven..Am I wrong to think it was being very petty considering I paid over $40 for the meal??Won't be back!
