We experienced excellent customer service here on my 3 year olds birthday. My daughter was asked if she wanted to help get her ice cream, she was very shy but the manager was so kind and warm. This was an amazing experience she still talks about.

The service here is always fantastic & everyone is always smiling & very helpful! Also, I was recently diagnosed with celiac disease, so being able to order food & know with certainty that the staff here are going to look after you is really great! Their fries are gluten free, and they will box up your burger without a bun for you, and they just make a real effort to look after you when you have dietary restrictions, which means a lot! Thanks everyone!

Best place and price for a quick meal on the go. $8 cheeseburger meal comes with burger, fries, drink and a sundae. Can't beat that price.
This was my large half full fries and they were lukewarm after only a short trip back home. There were 4 people working there and I was the only customer. You had 1 job. Not happy. Will not go back ever.

My neice ordered food. Gave her the wrong stuff. My neice called up and the manager basically called her a liar said my neice had no proof. So my daughter called spoke with the so called manager. The most disrespectful and arrogant woman she had ever spoke with. Just argued the point made my family feel like liars. For something that could have been redeemed so easily the manager was the worst manager I have ever heard of speaking to someone the way she did. For the amount you spend the portions are small and you don't even get when you order. My nephew is allergic to cheese and they gave him a poutine instead of just fries. We eat at dq at least once a week. Never again. For all the great staff you do have there maybe you should replace the manager you have now with one of them. Disgusting behaviour. Shame on you

My went and mobile ordered her food and there was a slight mistake. Mistakes are made. But when my great niece called to say something the manager was dismissive with her. Upset about the conversationher mother called and asked for the manager. The manager did nothing but argue the point the whole time and was rude and made my necue feel like a liar. For something that would have been very easily fixed this manager did nothing but argue and say she packed herself and pretty much made my necue feel like a liar. We eat at dq at least 1 time a week. Well no more. Disgusting attitude small portion of food and a manager who's doesn't care about her customers.

I’m just so disappointed I want to put it in words but wow, I got barely any fries on my large fry the wrong burger, and poutine in the 3 chicken strip meal. I ordered fries for that not poutine. Like I really feel like I got someone else’s order but when I called the lady let me know nope that’s your order and it must be right cuz I have no proof it’s not. Sorry what she said is “there’s no proof we got it wrong you see, but we can give you a large fry” I wasn’t trying to be rude. I was trying to be peaceful, patient and kind but instead I got talked down to because I was trying to be nice. not sending a good example at all, of course, when my mom called back, the tone was different just because someone is younger doesn’t mean they don’t work for their money and want the same quality as everyone else.

They made an error on my Blizzard and when I pointed it out and asked for a replacement they told me I was incorrect and that's how it should have been. I went to another dq a few days later and they made it correctly. Staff was rude about their error.
