Was here very late tonight half hour before closing time and ordered a lot of food and it was great! The food was very good the gravy was THE BEST very yummy tasting. Never knew KFC had onion rings until tonight ... the girl working there told us and they are the very best tasting onion rings that I have ever eaten. A&W was my favorite Onion rings before tonight but not anymore because KFC Onion rings are by far my favorite now ... WoW so yummy they are. The food was totally amazing tonight here at Woodstock, NB KFC .... But you know what made this decision to go to KFC in Woodstock New Brunswick the best decision was the Wonderful awesome KFC employee was was working the Drive though window tonight ..... she was very patient with us and very kind and offered the BEST customer service that anyone could ask for. She totally ROCKED and I want to tell KFC Woodstock NB location that I don't even know her name but that girl that you had working at your location tonight she deserves 100% kudos ..... she is totally amazing and awesome .... you have a STAR employee there! She is the BEST! This was the best by far experience that I have ever had in your restaurant or any KFC restaurant that I have ever had at anytime ever before.

Ok you guys..... 2nd time coming to this location. Even after I told the girl in drive-thru about our 1st experience, they still screwed up our order. We ordered and 18pc meal. They only had 17 pieces, so she asked if they could throw in 2 tenders. I said sure. Well i didnt think that meant you give us all wings and thighs!! What is 1going on at this location that they cant put their orders together property??? Way too expensive for the quality. Todays date is Jan 2, 2026
Not happy with our service at KFC this time. Some of our order was wrong and I got hung up on when I called to complain. Guess they didn't want to hear it lol

It was very refreshing to be greeted with a smile and a pleasant attitude. Thank you Simran for being patient and kind, not only to us but to other customers as well. So many times fast food staff are borderline rude and obviously hate their job. I was honestly pleasantly surprised and want you to know that you make a difference with your beautiful smile.

Lina is amazing! She smiles all the time which gave a friendly atmosphere right when we get in. And when ordering, she suggested great offers that are similar to what we want! She’s awesome, she deserves a raise! Hope all fast food employees are like her.
