Almost every time I order from the app they screw up 1 if not all of my subs, the new manager is very disrespectful.

This company does not care if its stores are run properly or not. They only have 1 person working morning and night shift which shows they dont care if customers are served quickly or not. All the staff currently working there dont have non slip shoes which is a violation of health and safety for the employees. They say everyone needs more training yet they are firing people who don't need training. This is a pathetic excuse for a fast food restaurant.

Absolutely the worst Subway around, doesn't even come close to what Subway is known for. The whole place is dirty, the counter they make the subs on is always messy, the veggies are half frozen because the refrigerator they're in has frost all over it. Beyond skimpy with the toppings and the bread is ALWAYS dry, Employees are so uninterested in what they're doing that the whole place needs a redo.
Ordered a salad and got absolutely zero actual lettuce but a small handful of the shredded lettuce and some sandwich toppings, it doesn't look like that in the pictures, unacceptable.
Subway is our go to, we've been to many, and they're all great, especially the Nackawic location, this one is by far the worst!

I went there many times in the evening , night time there are 2 Philippines guys they are so rude i don’t think like they like the customers or not sure want to even work never see them they greet anytime in my visits there. Will never go back there.

Waited 10 mins in the drivethru, just to be rushed thru my order. The guy couldn't wait until I finished my sentence before asking me what was next. First time here in over 2 years and just as bad as it's always been

I’d love to speak with a manager. Had a horrible experience with store cleanliness, and customer service. 8pm June 24 2024. Not looking to be compensated just want someone to be aware of how store is NOT being looked after. I know the owners personally, this being there home town would be horrified if they had come in to order themselves. I want to be clear I enjoy this location and proud to support local entrepreneurs. I have had many great visits, and never comment publicly about restaurants.

The best service team I've met at a Subway. Polite, prompt, knowledgeable and you can tell they work together as a team. We had a group of boys in the midst of supper rush and they handled us with attention and made it fun. To help us organize our orders they wrote on each sub to make it easy to match with the proper person. Big thanks!
