OMGosh, what is wrong with the Drive Thru lately on Connell st , Woodstock nb??? It's the 4th time I go thru and I always ask for a, Large dark roast 2 cream,, Nov 14,,today I received a large original with 2 milk, (order screen showed correct order) Last time , I ordered my same order , and I got a large dark roast Double double, (I'm allergic to sugar) wtg people. (screen showed correct order) I received Black 2 sugar Then I got an original 1 milk 1 sugar I pay cash for these orders so I have no receipts. And my Tim's card was in Sussex so nothing on that. Please please get people who know how to work the drive thru and get orders correctly. I've wasted 8.40$ at this store and I live 50 km away from Woodstock or I would have returned them all. However that's not possible!! Also what's up with the no cans of dark roast coffee in the stores ,,,in Woodstock or in Fredericton NB Gheeses!!!

I no longer live in Canada but one of my favorite things when I visit is to go to Tim’s as many times as I can to get steeped tea. Today, the tea from this location was not hot and tasted more of cream than tea. I got a second one that was minimally better. Either there weren’t enough tea bags, it didn’t rep long enough or some other change with the new management. Please fix my favorite tea ever!

Good selection of donuts cookies ect. Priority given to drive thru, despite a 12 person in store line up. 1 older slower person on counter, No urgency. No background music or television playing, just silence & people eating. Zero atmosphere a huge turn off.

This is what a toasted home style breakfast sandwich is at this location. This is what I received for the remake after the first sandwich looked like this as well. This is not toasted...it's bread. Someone please show the staff what toasted is!! ?
Nice atmosphere, with typical Tim's food. However, they got my son's doughnut wrong and we didn't find out until we had already left the drive through.

Had to wait approximately ten minutes in the drive up. After ordering was told to wait in the parking lot as they were waiting for eggs. Went in after another five minutes only to find my breakfast Sandwich made in a croissant instead of English muffin. The 'Tim' sandwich maker looked at me and said "I made it on a croissant"! I explained that I ordered and English muffin and asked her to make it correctly. When I got to the car, she actually charged me for two when I ordered one.. Disappointing Tim experience after about a half hour.
