Useless location. Extremely slow. Have several times, since it's only 1 or 2 Tim Hortons in town. Have had to have mobile orders refunded once I arrive because they are out of products that should be available mid to late morning (i.e cold brew). Understandable in the middle of the night. However, to have similar issues multiple times points to poor management and poor understanding of your restaurant

Went in this morning and ordered a large iced coffee and breakfast sandwich. The server placed it on the counter with the drink basically spilling down the sides of the cup. I asked for her to clean it up and she handed me napkins. I took another quick look at the drink and it was so over full it needed sideboards! I asked for some to be taken out; there was way too much in the cup. My server didn’t hide the fact she was annoyed. Highly doubt I’ll go back to that location!

Tim’s is about average on everything. You know what you’re going to get before you enter, and the quality is consistently good.
I went to tim today to buy donuts,at the counter the lady was weird she was not friendly at all and reacted in a weird way. i waited for minutes just for a small order It was not a good customer service at all I am not gonna go again

Line up was long so we waited quite a while for a hash brown. I was disappointed to see the number of house flies around the food and on the donuts. I know it's tough to keep them out but the staff seem to be able to ignore them too easily.

OMGosh, what is wrong with the Drive Thru lately on Connell st , Woodstock nb??? It's the 4th time I go thru and I always ask for a, Large dark roast 2 cream,, Nov 14,,today I received a large original with 2 milk, (order screen showed correct order) Last time , I ordered my same order , and I got a large dark roast Double double, (I'm allergic to sugar) wtg people. (screen showed correct order) I received Black 2 sugar Then I got an original 1 milk 1 sugar I pay cash for these orders so I have no receipts. And my Tim's card was in Sussex so nothing on that. Please please get people who know how to work the drive thru and get orders correctly. I've wasted 8.40$ at this store and I live 50 km away from Woodstock or I would have returned them all. However that's not possible!! Also what's up with the no cans of dark roast coffee in the stores ,,,in Woodstock or in Fredericton NB Gheeses!!!
