Line up was long so we waited quite a while for a hash brown. I was disappointed to see the number of house flies around the food and on the donuts. I know it's tough to keep them out but the staff seem to be able to ignore them too easily.
It's a Tim Hortons, what can I say...it's all in what you believe. In Woodstock I haven't had many issues but I don't go that often anymore due to inconsistencies and their business model. My biggest beef is with the app. You order something, go pick to pick it up and they tell you it's not in stock. Ok, just give my money back...can't because you used the app. They'll try to give you something in equal value or less, but never more.
So, got Tim Hortons. They had pictures of donuts on their menu, so I ordered 2 chocolate donuts. I GOT two chocolate donut... Holes... I completely didn't realize they were only donut holes, but now Tim BITS makes sense XDI want to applaud the people who worked there for giving me exactly what I ordered despite how looney it may have sounded.
