I recently visited Tim's, and the experience was pretty disappointing. I was looking forward to ordering a flatbread pizza, but three hours before closing, they told me they couldn't make it because they were "cleaning the oven." It felt strange that they'd choose to clean it so early, especially with hours left before closing. It seemed like they just didn’t want to make it. The staff didn’t apologize or offer any alternatives, which made the whole thing feel dismissive. Not the kind of service I expected.

Good food and service mostly the staff is cooperative and a employee named Nav is very friendly and experienced she ask me to try chicken wrap which i tried first time honestly, the taste is amazing and i ordered vanilla ice coffee with wrap
