She explained everything to us and made sure we always had what we needed. The selection of meats at Gen is fantastic, and if you are a kalbi fan, don’t sleep on the Nook Gan Sal (marinated beef finger short rib) and the Woo Baesal (premium short plate beef belly). Also, the dessert option of Hotteok is a great way to end the night on a sweet note.“
