We tried Blue Suede BBQ at Reds Corner in Southern Pines last weekend. I loved everything I had but the potato salad was the standout dish for me!!! I’ve never had a warm, smokey potato salad before and it was delicious!!!!
First time but most definitely not the last !!!!!! By far the best BBQ I’ve ever had. Decided on the pork medallion pretzel bun sliders with fries and bacon potato salad. So flavorful and filling!!!!!!!!!! Will be recommending to anyone wanting BBQ!!!!!!
Got a smoked ham for Christmas which was amazing. This was the most lean ham ever with a super flavor. Chris was very knowledgeable, friendly and made the experience feel like I was dealing with an old friend. This bar-b-que is worth checking out, worth the drive and definitely worth the money.
