This place is changing! They rearranged the dining room- looks great! The new Store Manager is really trying to turn things around. Keep it up.

Ghetto acting crew. Watched the crew go back and forth with each other in personal conversations on the front line instead of giving full attention to the customers. Observed Door-Dash drivers and drive thru customers wait too long for food. Give that crew some training in customer service skills and you might see improvements here.

I just left the drive-through and the lady in the drive-through whose name is Mooda (I’m not sure if I spelled this correctly) was so sweet and had such a great attitude and smile her customer service was 1000 out of 10!!!!!

Trandon was such a great manager. I came back for twice in ONE DAY and he made a bet that we will come back and sadly and deliciously he was right hahahah ate a second plate of fried chicken

Staff is slow and unpleasant, literally some of the laziest workers I've seen. Checking their phone is more important than getting orders out. Food is just ok. Bathrooms are NASTY. Never coming back.

This bojangles is the slowest fast food place I’ve ever been to. Not even crowded and I could went to the grocery store gone home and cooked my own food faster.

Cheated me out of a biscuit again. After waiting for 20 minutes because they were making biscuits. Didn't bother going to get the other biscuit once I found out at house because I had already sent back a wrong order with the girl who walked it out, wasn't trying to argue when obviously they had issues that day

I did a mobile order on the app and did curbside pick up specifically so I didnt have to go in I waited 20 minutes for the app to say the order was ready and it said someone would bring it out to me I waited an additional 10 minutes after it said it was done and still nothing so I went in and they didn't even bag the order up yet whats the point in being able to do curbside pickup to avoid going in if the employees are to lazy to come out not to mention they didn't put any ice in my drink
Waited 40 minutes in line. Thought they were short staffed but pulled up to the window & see about 15 people just standing around.

This Bojangles has hit al all time low. After waiting in line watching what has to be the slowest moving crew in history then finally placing and order, we all watched the heavy set lazy man feed his buddy first. Mind you his buddy was at the back of the line. Then when he finally got around to laying a piece of chicken on a plate with some beans the man in front of us had to beg for his fork. This establishment has no management that gives any care for the patrons. Don't stop, run. Go somewhere else. These people don't deserve a job.

This location was awful. When I arrived in the Drive through, I was asked to pull up to the window to place my order. So I did. 5 minutes later and no one showed up.
So I go inside, and immediately it was disgusting beyond believe. I also spent about 45 minutes being the second person in the line to get my order taken, as none of the workers beyond one woman was doing anything but standing around.
And to make matters worse, when their manager did arrive on site (no, I didn't call them. They just showed up). I could hear them audibly berating employees for hiding in the back and telling people the Druve through was broken so they didn't have to take orders.
To make matters worse it was not the best Bojangles food I've had, and half of my order wasn't even made or given to me.

Waited over 1 hours for an order of 20 piece chicken when I was the only car in the parking lot for the entire hour. Update: 1:20 min total wait time and because no one put down fresh Supremes when they yelled it out they gave us what was left over. 40 dollars for bare minimum. T
