I dined in at this Bojangles September 17th 2025, The restaurant was clean and comfortable. The atmosphere was peaceful,The food was good and hot. Kudos to Asia the manager, I appreciate her and her staff's great work

Wow what has happened to this location, wife grabbed dinner here Sunday 08/24 and the food was awful, Chicken was dry not fresh and the Fries were awful stale without any seasoning. Terrible I understand costs have gone up with everything but no reason to let quality drop to this wow!!

Staff was kind, food was not up to standards. Biscuits were hard yet also mushy, gravy was runny, and drinks were off (Pepsi and Mtn Dew were white). Only good thing was the staff and Bo-rounds. Kinda disappointing.

Food was cold, chicken legs were as small as drummettes. The service was very good and everyone was helpful. Definitely won't be going back for the food. I have cold food at home.

I happened to come in when it was real slow,I ordered a simple biscuit meal,the fries were not fresh,I needed the biscuit remade because the bottom was really hard and the cheese was cold and it was barely warm itself. The people were nice but the service and the food was mediocre,I do not live in the area but if I do come back through this area I will more than likely go elsewhere.. I hope they improve because Bojangles is one of my favorite food spots.

Continually have issues at this location. Order online hoping this would be a better experience. Ordered 45 minutes before the scheduled pickup time. Nah, it was just as bad. Checked in at curbside and after 20 min. had to go in. They had to find my order, then make it and tell me it was going to take another 10 min. It is always this location. Do better!!!

This is absolutely the worst Bojangles location I have ever been to. Half a time only the drive-through is open. I have twice gotten raw chicken . when you go in side the girls are more interested in talking about their personal lives than actually helping customers. The crazy thing is Bojangles has such great food just this location is poorly managed, and staffed
