I would love to love this place but I can’t. It’s the only chic fil a I’ve been to where you can’t order on the app for carry out. Instead, they replaced it with the “mobile thru” which is 100% slower than the actual drive thru line. I am also really not satisfied with the way the drive thru is in general… once you enter, you CANNOT get out. The entire thing is flawed.

First time in 20 years and probably another 20 years before I go again sandwich was dry and chewy, too salty. The lettuce ony wife's sandwich was wilted looked like it was a few days old.

The food was good but the last few times that I have gotten food here, the fries were cold...they had been sitting in the warmer area..too long, this business is ALWAYS...busy. Some of the workers are friendly..but some are not and they don't even try to speak to you,and if you ask a few a question, it's as if you're bothering them. I go inside, I don't prefer drive thru.

I wanted to make a review more about the customer service and other observations. I go ALOT, probably twice a week. I know some may go every morning (I've heard). I go in and do the drive-thru. Never, never, never, have I got an attitude from any of the staff. This staff is busy, like crazy busy, you see it. I hear people coming in already with an attitude being short with the staff. If nothing makes you happy, maybe you shouldn't go out anywhere to eat. I always have a pleasant experience. You get what you give. They will always fix your order if it's wrong. Just tell them what's wrong. I've had a wrong order once, but I went back up, and they gave me a new sandwich. I was nice about it, and so were they. Maybe it was made wrong. Maybe it was just the wrong bag that was grabbed. They are running around getting people served very quickly, and mistakes will be made. Calm down, people. I love this place. The operator comes out every so often, walks around, and says hello to people. He is also kind and talks to the staff. It's a very pleasant atmosphere and I like to go and watch all the hustle while I leisurely eat my lunch and drink my sun-joy lite ice. You should go there.
I’ve been trying NOT to make a post about what used to be my favorite place to eat… however, I’m fed up! One night that I went a bunch of teenagers were standing outside hehe haha laughing, didn’t want to take my order… so I told the manager hey if they are going to act like that you need to bring them in from outside… oh we aren’t doing that, because that’s how they learn… I looked her dead in her face and said they are going to get a mad person one day that’s going to snap at them… then today, they missed a whole meal I ordered, and the girl stood there like a deer in the headlights…. DO better! The customer service is terrible

Upon placing our order, she scanned her app and the server asked if she wanted to use any of the credits she had on her account. She politely said no and then I paid via debit card. After eating my meal I went back to get a refill of my drink and order her an icedream cone. After scanning my app, I went to hand the server my debit card and she informed me that it was already paid for because when I scanned my app the payment automatically came out since. I almost started to say something but decided against it as it was only $1.81. But I was a little confused how one server asked if I wanted to use the credits, and another said it was automatic. So for those that read this review I just wanted to make you aware. Other than that another solid performance by CFA.
I called Chick-fil-a asking if they had the heart trays for Valentine’s Day because I’m lonely and they told me yes. I get there not even 10 minutes later very excited and they say they have been out. Now I have to spend Valentine’s Day alone and hungry:(.
