Every time I come here ( no matter what time of day or how many customers may or may not be there) the staff ignores me until I finally get their attention. Not sure if customer service is a priority here at this point but my food was good and correct.

This location has been slow every time we come. Today especially I have been at the window waiting on one biscuit for over 20 minutes. We had to repeat our order for drinks 5 times then twice at the window and they still got both drink orders wrong AND we just got it & found out the biscuit was wrong & was a bagel. Horrible service.

This store needs an attitude adjustment. I don’t know who owns it, but at this point why bother? It is out of everything , everytime!!!! Find somewhere else to spend 10 on coffee, this isn’t it. Horrible. Also they close before the time that is listed etc!

Takes forever and never anyone doing their job. I’ve waited 20 plus minutes in the drive through and pulled off and left before. If your expecting fast service weather is inside or drive through don’t go here.

Online ordered a sandwich on a croissant and a bacon side. I found a clump of hair in the bacon and threw it away. The sandwich also had hair on it but was not aware until after the first bite. That was the most disgusting thing ever. I ate the hair. Was the worst experience I’ve had at this location yet and yall will be getting reported for food safety.

Don’t even bother. Customer service is terrible. Wait waited 30 mins for 2 coffees and a sandwich and didn’t even get the sandwich. Have come here 5x trying to give them a chance but it’s a terrible wait every time for a mediocre product.

Where do I begin bc I can write a whole book on this, they have mice and the workers had to clean it so no dropping, I’ve seen water bugs and roaches! They have a bad fly problem to the point I’ve found one in my croissant, the manager is extremely rude and reeks of alcohol and yelled at me and the higher up manager are a joke they will laugh in your face when you put in a complaint and kiss each other butt, they can never get orders right, overall a joke of a place and wouldn’t recommend anyone going here.
