Firehouse Subs Aberdeen

Online order for pickup. Fast process and the order was perfectly executed and ready when I arrived. Better than subway (and I eat subway fairly regularly due to convenience) and definitively more reasonable than Jersey Mikes especially since I think Firehouse puts more on their subs than Jersey Mikes and the price for a 'large' sub was about $5 -$6 cheaper at Firehouse than at Jersey Mikes.

The sub we ordered was delivered. Took a bite and tasted musty. Turned roll over to see 2 spots of mold on the roll. Had to wait to get a replacement ready and no compensation was offered even a free bag of chips for the hassle/disappointment. A restaurant should have quality control in place or standards for storing bread to ensure this doesn’t happen!!

The service here is sub-par, and I'm not sure if I will come back since Jersey Mike is in the same vicinity. I ordered through the app ahead of time and went straight to the pickup counter when my order was ready. I waited over 5 minutes before anyone asked if I needed help during a period when they weren't busy. I asked if everything was in the bag, and they said yes. I went ahead and verified because it felt light. I was missing several items.

If you order through the app, you will not be able to change your order. The owner and staff barely speak English and are unfriendly.

Fast and great customer service

This is the best firehouse subs i’ve been to in my life. I mean just WOW. friendly staff- softest bread i’ve had. i mean you can just taste how fresh, ordered in store and the sub was made so quick I couldn’t believe how beautiful crafted the sandwich was. they thanked me and wished me a good day- said they’d see me next time. and YES they WILL.

The food was exactly what I ordered, I forgot that they warm it though and I was not prepared for the first bite. There wasn't many chips there I would have chosen normally for the combo meals. My dad also wanted a hotter hot sauce but it was pretty good. We sat next to the firemen gear and I absolutely loved the look of the place. We found it funny that the tops of the tables were dalmatian themed because of how often firefighters are associated with Dalmatians.

I came for the Veterans Day special at 1300 , but they told us they were out of food even though they were selling food. It seemed misleading. Most veterans left upon hearing this, but in order to avoid further traffic we ordered anyway and the sandwiches were delicious as usual.

I went in today to get the free sub for Veterans Day at 12:41 pm and was told that they were not doing that anymore and refused to give out the free sub that is promised on their website. I was told the promotion ended at 12:30 even though it does not say this anywhere on their website. Honestly I think they were just lying to me. In the short time I was there I saw multiple veterans turned away as well. This isn’t the first bad experience we have had at this location either. We were accused of stealing chips last time we were there even though we ordered and paid for them online.
