They are totally unprofessional. I ordered customized birthday cake for my kid, two weeks in advance and on the delivery date they told that they forgot to make one as they promised. Imagine you have 30 guests at home, you have decorations and you don't have cake and you got pathetic service. Ordered birthday cake and it was delicious and beautiful.
Had a strawberry cake made for my moms 60th surprise birthday party and it was amazing! Fresh and perfect! We were so excited to eat it that I forgot to take a picture. 😆
