Love this bakery. Stopped in after my child’s gym class & now planning on making this a weekly stop! We got a chocolate chip cookie, dino sugar cookie, red velvet cookie & chocolate lava cake. All 5 stars!! Very clean atmosphere & the baked goods tasted very fresh. Not dry at all! Superb flavor. Definitely recommend. Plus great prices. Thank you!

I have tried a lot of different custom cake locations in the area, and this one is my favorite. I had an odd request of a fidget spinner cake, and they made exactly what I asked for. It also tasted great, and came at a reasonable price. Will definitely be using this location for future custom cake requests.

The best cannolis in Moore county. Friendly & tasty (the cannolis are tasty, they wouldn’t let me lick their to see. I’ve been here many times & will be back many more.
They are totally unprofessional. I ordered customized birthday cake for my kid, two weeks in advance and on the delivery date they told that they forgot to make one as they promised. Imagine you have 30 guests at home, you have decorations and you don't have cake and you got pathetic service. On top of that, as an apology, they gave us some complimentary birthday cake and cup cakes, which were very low poor quality cakes. I was more heartbroken than my kid. Nowadays where cake making is well advanced, they are still in Jurassic era. They are unable to make simple designs. Never ever order customs cake unless it's last option you have on planet. G. Charles is highly overrated bakery in town. Better not to have cakes rather than get it their low quality cakes.

Recently visited Southern Pines for my grandmother’s birthday and needed a last minute cake. I called to make sure they were open since many other businesses were closed due to snow, and the lady who answered was super helpful. The vanilla cake I purchased was delightful! The cake itself was moist, and the frosting was tasty but not overly sweet. It was so good I went back two days later for carrot cake and pound cake. Both were delicious! I expected the pound cake to be dense, but it tasted more like a sponge cake - the texture was similar to what is commonly used in strawberry shortcake.
