I posted a review on here about me&my mom eating in this restaurant bc the Associate's in the dining room was loud&cussing up a storm&but got a response about copying a link which sounds suspicious to me &why would I do that bc it's not saying they will make things better where Associate's will not be Allowed in the dining room unless they talk respectfully around the customer's with no cussing allowed instead I get copy a link that is very sad!!& I would NOT RECOMMEND the Link BC THAT IS NOT THE CORRECT RESPONSE!!&I would NOT RECOMMEND the fries bc the fries tasted awful!!& Bc of; Dishonest& Bad Attitude& Has no respect for the customer's& Bad Reviews? I very highly not recommend this Hardee's!!??

I wish I could give this location a -10!!! Little girl at the drive-thru window had a TERRIBLE attitude, gave my mom a hamburger with no meat, then caught an attitude and was EXTREMELY disrespectful—even stating “f yall” when we were driving off—when we took the burger back. We advised we would be calling the corporate office due to her extremely disrespectful conduct, and this child went as far as to say ‘she didn’t care if we called corporate about no burger’. It took all of Jesus to keep calm with this little girl, and we will ABSOLUTELY be following up with managememt regarding this gross lack of tact and manners. As the face of restaurants, this type of ignorance from this so-called employee was a TOTAL turnoff!

I would leave 0 stars if that was an option. Waited in the drive thru for almost 30 minutes, they repeated my order to me at the speaker so I know they heard me. When I get the the window the only thing they said I ordered was a large coke. They completely forgot my food, and now at this point I was already late for work so I got up extra early to have time to get breakfast, set in line until I was late for work, just to get a large coke. Thanks.
