I purchased a chicken biscuit and a strawberry lemonade. My biscuit and the chicken inside was burnt and looked as if it had been sitting for a while. I was pressed for time so I called to give my concerns with no answer. I went back today and talked with the general manager. I even brought the food back so she could see I wasn’t telling a story. I was told that I could not get a refund. She was very rude and unbothered about my situation . She did offer me more food with an attitude but why would I trust you to make me more burnt food. Plus you might do something to my food. I asked for her business card and she told me I can call whomever I want to because they’re not going to do anything to her. The worst leadership I’ve ever seen. If you don’t like your job try a different field because a job dealing with customer service is not for you.

The young man taking my order was kind and courteous. When I walked inside I noticed that the drive thru window was open and there were fly and wasps inside because of it. The food (if it can be called food) was borderline un edible. The fries were easily hours and hours old. The burger was disgusting and the soda flat. Upper management needs to clean house at this location.
