1 ~ something always wrong with order. 2 ~ everytime I order a Dr Pepper they give me a Deit drink. Have told them several times becareful. I am allergic to that type of artificial sweeteners. 3 ~ everything on menu is expensive has hell. $4 for a drink. Really. I have medical issues I stopped to use restroom it was a potty emergency. Has the lady was screaming you have to order 1st and they will not let you use the restroom until you order. Can't wait for this one to close down alao

I was overcharged $6. When I went back to get my money the manager would not give it to me. She needs to learn the law that's called stealing! Finally after about 20 min. I did get my money. Ended up talking to the franchise owner . The manager did not know anything about running a business. It cost more in gas and time than the $6 but I let them know they stole from the wrong person!

Do not come here take your $ elsewhere can’t even give you the right food and don’t fill their milkshakes up all the way but charge you $4.49 for a milkshake, people hitting their vapes in there also

Bathroom smells as soon as you walk in the door.. doesn't make for a pleasant experience. Blueberry biscuit was hard and frosting was globbed on my biscuit as an afterthought. Just not a pleasant experience. Though the people working there were nice.
By far the worst Hardees I’ve ever been in ordered a five piece chicken platter since they had two trays full of chicken on their hot bar. Thought it would be quick in and out 40 minutes later we got it after they forgot our order and we watched 20 people in front of us Get theirs.

Absolutely terrible service. Sat there for about 20 mins food was cold, and was just thrown in to the bag not even served properly. Everyone in the kitchen was talking shit and a few employees on their phones. This location on hwy 5 is terrible and rude

The food is always fresh, I don't mind waiting. But whoever is running drive thru always has an attitude, if you match her energy she does not like it. She passes the head set on. If that's all it takes, possibly find a better option not in customer service/fast food. Or perhaps develop better customer service skills.
