By far the worst Hardees I’ve ever been in ordered a five piece chicken platter since they had two trays full of chicken on their hot bar. Thought it would be quick in and out 40 minutes later we got it after they forgot our order and we watched 20 people in front of us Get theirs.

Absolutely terrible service. Sat there for about 20 mins food was cold, and was just thrown in to the bag not even served properly. Everyone in the kitchen was talking shit and a few employees on their phones. This location on hwy 5 is terrible and rude

The food is always fresh, I don't mind waiting. But whoever is running drive thru always has an attitude, if you match her energy she does not like it. She passes the head set on. If that's all it takes, possibly find a better option not in customer service/fast food. Or perhaps develop better customer service skills.

Absolutely horrible won't ever be back, got a meal and soda today and have had issues in the past with long long long wait times(which I never said nothing about) and my drink had all sorts of plastic wrapper in the cup and a piece of foil bag as well this is a major redflag for anyone who goes here
This place is very calming and the employees are stunning! Me and my family were so happy with our hot food and the nice space to sit down

My chicken tenders was juicy and was fresh. Good sweet tea just the right amount of sugar. The fries was so good and the coleslaw was amazing. And the toast had the right amount of butter. Would recommend the tender plater was a perfect meal. And the customer service was excellent everyone was so nice and friendly.
Kid-friendliness: Make sure the kid meal was bagged separately.
