Lady made my cold sub so good and she was very helpful with my coupon

Such a pleasant experience at this location! I mean look how sweet my subs were labeled for me and my daughters, I didn’t notice until I got home. In store the ladies gave my girls stickers. I usually go to the Pinehurst location out of convenience and closeness, but the Aberdeen location has won my business with their customer service. Your staff is incredible. Please keep up the amazing attitude and work. It does not go unnoticed.

Better than subway

POOR service! The server could not multitask…asked me several times what I wanted on my sandwich. Still confused it with the person next to me. She then proceeded to talk about me to a coworker. Poor management at this site! There are other choices with better service locally!

So disappointing to see the service get progressively worse. Continue to get employees that are worse and worse, you’d think you asked them to assemble the space shuttle asking for a basic menu item.

Cindy and her team are AMAZING! They work so quickly, and were able to accommodate my late request for a 12-sub pack. She was clear about the expectation that it might not be ready in time, but they all exceeded that expectation and got our pack ready an hour before when we expected it to be ready. On top of that, the whole team who was working this morning were all smiles and made my day all that much better for having been a part of it!

My family and I love Jersey Mike’s, but this location is the worse I have ever been to. Today was my third time trying this place and I will not be back. I always get the chicken bacon ranch in the tub. First time there was not even a child’s handful of lettuce in it. The second time the same thing and no ranch. Today as well a child’s handful of lettuce and everything was swimming in ranch. I had to add lettuce to it at home all three times. Today I had to take the chicken and bacon off and add it to my lettuce at home. There was way too much ranch. I guess I’ll get Jersey Mike’s in SC from now on when I visit family. I do not recommend this place at all.

Had a takeout sub my wife picked up, not bad at all. Better than I thought for sure!

Good flavors and combinations. Unfortunately, all the meat was in the wrapper, not the sandwich. After forking the stuffing back into the bread, it was delicious.
