Drive thru...repeated order twice and still wrong when we got home. We're there about 4:45 12/3. Four piece dark with mashed potatoes and gravy and Mac and cheese. Got home and had slaw instead of Mac and cheese. My toddler can't eat slaw. Had to fix something else on a hectic night

What is the point of placing an order an hour ahead of time if you have to wait 20 min for it to be ready? And the employees were texting and on the phone the entire time.

THE GENERAL WAS HORRIBLE. OUR 1ST TIME THERE HE WAS RUDE AND DIDNT WANT TO GIVE US ANOTHER CUP.. But we had to ask for cup for combo. JUST WAS TO SERIOUS AND SO MEAN.AUTHORITY ABUSER!! YOU CAN BE REPLACED SIR.NEVER GOING BACK TO THAT LOCATION

SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO ELSEWHERE!!!The staff was so rude, using horrible language, and just an overall attitude that customers were in the restaurant. I received dry, burnt tasting chicken. The only decent thing were the potatoes. I didn’t even get a biscuit. They gave me a slider bun! I will not return.

Where's the chicken? Pot pie has been once a week meal for us for many years. Much less chicken in it than before. Guess we won't be getting it in the future

Went to the drive-thru and actually the line went fast. Order was correct and staff was prompt with service and friendly.
The lady taking are order was very rude and when I was there the lady from drive Thu had her kids sitting there witch is fine but she came over to a lady and was very rude anding her if she had a problem with her kids and all the lady was doing looking at the window at something that was not on the menu she did all of that in front of my 3 year old
