Place is nasty and service is lousy. They were out of tenders and finally told me it would be an 8 minute wait . So I waited then it was a 16 minute wait for biscuits .Everybody sitting around looking at their cell phones . Got my money back and left never to return !

Brought a 2 piece deal, which is a leg and tigh.It was disgusting tigh wasn't cook all the way the biscuit was hard a brick. KFC has lost their touch it doesn't taste the same anymore. I'm done with them.

Mannnn they got roaches! I am so disgusted because my family and I eat here almost weekly like clock work and I always go through drive through. Today was my first time having to come inside and I had to wait ten minutes for them to give me a biscuit AND I watched this guy show the manager some chicken strips and started eating them and he went around to the other side and touched food inside the warmers like wth?! I love the ppl there but yall gotta do better sanitary wise. I mean the drive through lady had a hair net! Why are we eating straight from the heaters with no gloves or anything?! AND A ROACH?!!! I have video of it still moving too!

I ordered a no.1 white meat which is a breast and wing very dissatisfied the wing was the size of my thumb 👍 I paid $9.98 for 1 piece of chicken, they should have gave me 2 wing especially when it's this small 😡will not be back again

Pulled up right before 10, was asked did I want the $10 special I replied yes and then was told they didn't have anymore Chicken
Chicken was missing the seasonings or something tasted plain...fries wasn't too good either. Can tell they don't get alot of attention here.

The staff was very very nice. The food was hot. They ran out of extra crispy but substituted regular, and in the process turned our 6 piece into a very large 7 piece. Sides were hot, chicken was delicious a door the team was fast. I will be returning!

It has come to my attention that the night crew often indicates that certain items are unavailable for ordering due to the late hour, despite our arrival approximately one hour before closing. This has led to some confusion, as it seems there is frequently a lack of desired menu items, including chicken, at a chicken establishment. It would be beneficial for the staff to address this issue for improved customer satisfaction.
