Food was bland. Pancake was so stiff I could have played Frisbee golf with it. Water was warm. Had to ask for more ice which took 20 minutes to receive. Food took 1.5 hours to get. They were busy but you'd think Food would be great not mediocre. Overall not impressed at all.

We used to have a Mac's where I live & it was A-MAZ-ING soooo when I saw this one I was excited to eat here. It wasn't terrible but I was definitely let down. The waitress was nice but she was slow!! She never refilled our drinks nor asked if we wanted anymore. After we FINALLY got our food, she only brought part of it out & the rest about 7-8 min later. I was in town for a Dr appt so by that time it was time to go so I ate what I could while I waited for our waitress to bring boxes & packed the rest up to go. Went to pay and it was $30!! It was only my daughter and myself & we got plates that were under $10 so idk how it jumped to 30. Anyway, noone said thank you, have a good day, come back to see us, nothing! I doubt I will be returning to this Mac's

Great atmosphere and wait staff here. My experience was not great due to the extensive wait for food. I have tried on multiple occasions to come on lunch during the week but end up waiting around an hour for our food. Today We had a party of around 5 - 6 with primarily breakfast orders. I cannot recommend anyone go here for lunch during the week with only an hour to use.

Been coming here for a couple years now always had great service. I left my food on the table and told the manger how I watched them just have my plates sitting up there while the waitress just completely ignored us my aunt had to get another waitress to give her 2 cups of coffee. When she bought our food to us my food was cold my aunts plate was cold the only food that was warm was my cousin hobo sandwich.

Food was decent but took a bit to come out. Service was ok, took a while for the servers to come around for refills. Main complaint is the cheese they used in the grits did not melt properly so it was not great.
