Been here a couple times, food is always good, i wanted my food cooked really well done, as expected, the only complaint i have is that the waitresses to be more friendly, charismatic, conversate or just be herself,,they are too serious about there job, smile more ladies and gentleman, it helps the customer feel more appreciated and welcoming! That is my opinion so far, 3-4 times of visiting mazatlan! Overall good experiences

I enjoy going here whenever I go out to eat. Most of the time, I eat at home where I prepare my own meals. But occasionally, I like to go out. The New Mexican Feast and the Fajitas are two of the dishes I order the most. The servings are plentiful and I always have some left to take home.

People had to wait to be seated too long even when there were 10 tables empty. Didn't get a refill on my drink. People had to wait too long to get their check so they could pay and leave. Several people went to the front register to pay so they could leave.

Worst Chile Relleno ever. Chicken was cold, pepper was soggy and slimy. Been here before but today was so gross. It’s dingy and dirty inside. When I told the waitress she just walked away. Save your money.

First time diners and was fairly underwhelmed. In all fairness the service was a 5 as Favian was friendly and attentive. The food was a 3 as we had the shrimp burrito, (overcooked) and shredded chicken with rice (which was cold). Not one to write home about.
Food is fantastic definitely the best Hispanic food in the area my family and I eat here adleast once a week and there prices can't be beat

I’m from Southern California so the bar was pretty high when I went to this Mexican restaurant. Just what you would expect from a SoCal restaurant. Small family run. Huge portions, average service but very tasty and filling. Highly recommend.
