Not the experience I’m typically looking for at a Moe’s. Mainly the service, the young lady didn’t even crack a smile, we all have some rough days so maybe that was it.

My husband and I went to eat at MO’s in Aberdeen NC yesterday because he had a deal for their bowls. They were half off. When we arrived, no one greeted us. A young girl growled at us and asked what we were having. She asked if I wanted beans and I asked if she had fresh black beans because the pan was almost empty. She rolled her eyes and got another pan from behind her in a hot cabinet. She was extremely unfriendly, unwelcoming and not once smiled or spoke in a warm tone. When we reached the register, his points wouldn’t work. A friendly pregnant woman rang us up. She then got the manager who was in the back in a small room off to the side talking to a Walmart employee who was also in the back behind the counter. I know she worked at Walmart because she had on the blue vest and a name tag that said Walmart. She came and couldn’t get it to work either so she took half off. We also ordered two drinks. I tried several zero cokes and they all tasted like they didn’t have any syrup in them. I would give this establishment a rating of 1 out of 10. The food bar they were serving us out of and and salsa bar were all disgusting and dirty. Not maintained at all. Very poor service with the exception of the pregnant woman, who in my opinion, was the only one there that should have been in a bad mood and she was the friendliest one out of them all. Kudos to you girl!

4:00pm on 3/1/24, the woman serving the food is the absolute worst. Her attitude was straight trash as soon as I walked in. Being smart about what I wanted, she looked completely bothered. If she is that unhappy she needs to leave. I literally took steps to the door as I was getting ready to leave and forget the order but my family wanted their dinner. ABSOLUTE HORRIBLE of a attitude.

We have noticed a slow decline in the operation over the past year. They seem to be consistently out of regular menu items. The staff has poor customer service and lacking direction. The place was dirty. Sadly after being a regular customer for several years, we won't go back.

The last few times we have ordered from here we have not only received the wrong items, but forgotten items out of our bowls as well. This past time there was a ton of jalapeños in both of our bowls and neither of us can tolerate much heat. Please be aware of what you’re putting into peoples orders. God forbid someone’s allergic to something.

Got my order wrong for the second time in a row, didn't notice until I got home. How can you forget to put cheese on the burrito? It's infuriating expecting a 15-20% tip for horrible service.

Ordered mobile pickup. All I wanted was 3 things in my burrito, chicken, cheese and rice. They forgot the cheese. It wasn't a difficult order and the store was empty when I got there. Enjoy the tip I left you for getting the order 66%

Chipotle has Moe's on the ropes and they're not even hitting back. Do better Moe's! No welcome to Moe's when we walked in. Four other customers at noon on a Sunday. Impatient, apathetic workers behind the counter. No smiles, no wow factor. Super dirty machines visible at checkout. No daily specials honored in store without using their app. Clock on the wall forever on the wrong time. One side of the door always locked. Details matter Moe's. In my opinion you let Chipotle whoop your butt in Moore County and you deserve it. If your chips weren't so much better than Chipotle's you'd probably already be out of business. How sad. We used to love the energy in this store.

Today's special was mediocre; Chicken (white meat) Quesadilla. The only thing that tasted fresh was the flour tortilla. The service was poor, the employee behind the counter spoke to me with an abrupt harsh tone, and caught her rolling her eyes twice; customer service training is a must. I guess I was not fast enough in choosing the ingredients. I suggest Moe's Southwest Grill starts covering the food as they are handling each customer as they speaking over the food. As for the atmosphere, the dining area could use some deep cleaning. I most likely will not be returning.

I ordered catering for a company awards luncheon for 30 employees. Within an hour of placing the order, which was 2 days away, I received a call from the catering coordinator just checking in to let me know they received the order! I showed up at my exact time slot, walked in and the complete order had just been placed on a table ready to go. An employee got my signature and proceeded to help me carry everything to my car. Everyone at the luncheon raved about how great the food was and there was even enough that anyone who wanted more was able to come back for seconds!A smooth and efficient transaction with zero glitches or inconveniences followed by amazing food was more than I expected. We will definitely use Moe's for future luncheons!!
