Food great! Dining area horrible - nasty. Bathrooms - nasty. Floors are sticky, spillage stains, trash on floors, broken tables.
Just had lunch at the restaurant. I'm a regular going to this restaurant, but I've noticed on several occasions the lack of a 'clean' dining area and bathrooms.
I think I won't go back. Can't eat in an area that doesn't feel clean. Unfortunate.

They were having all kinds of problems when we stopped in for lunch. The registers were down, the soup was barely warm and they were very slow. Maybe it was just that day and time we went.

The food tastes like actual chemicals. I feel nauseous every time I eat it. The quality nationwide just got disgusting after Covid. Literally cannot stomach the place and you’re self serve. Overpriced garbage

First time trying this place walked in and was rudely welcome and rude tone when ask where the mobile order then found where it was then they put the drink all the way in the back where I can’t reach it and the food was nasty the tea tasted watery I think the only good thing from there was bread

Tables look as though they have not been wiped all day. Carpet full of stepped on cribs. Staff clearly do not enjoy their work. Not friendly.

The kiosk doesn't work and you put the slowest person in creation on the register. Great business model. After waiting 15 minutes to order while she had a lengthy discussion with each person before us, we realized we could eat a whole meal at IHOP in less time, so we walked over there.

Delicious Chicken Harvest Salad and Butternut Squash soup! Delicious. Restaurant was clean, neat with friendly and helpful staff. Come here often.

1pm on a Sunday came here for a birthday lunch just 3 people we all went to order absolutely no French onion soup. No tomato soup. How can you be out of soup unreal. Will never come back to this location ever again . The Diet Pepsi is flat least you can dump it and choose something else. Just heard a lady who was waiting for a half hour and still didn’t get her order. Maybe thy should consider closing this place

Waited 10 minutes on line because their FOUR kiosks were broken so their line was ridiculous. When we finally got to the counter I was told it’s 30 minutes for food. I have never been to another Panera that was this disorganized. We will be going to a restaurant next to this next time

Tiny portions for the price. “Dining room” was very dirty, tables and floor both. One table was tipped over. Many seats have tears in them. Overall very disappointing.

Purchased cheese steak and orange scones. The sandwich was so sweet I couldn't eat it. When I called the manager she said yes those are caramelized onions... I went to Culinary school they tasted like they were soaked in simple syrup and the onions were crunchy. It was sickly sweet. not to mention they put the hot sandwich on top of the scone and all the good frosting melted off...She offered nothing except thanks for calling. I will NOT go back. That was a ton of money and time waiting for non edible food. Too bad.

I came and already had a FREE pick two because I can the other day and waited almost 25 min for my food I got there around 8:45 instead of them saying hi we close in15min they let me make my whole entire order then another person gets on and said they close in 5min which I was there before closing so they’re suppose to still make the order ! Instead when the cashier asked was that all another I guess manager came on the speaker and said I’m sorry we close in 5min we still have soup ! …that’s not good customer service ! I’m pissed ! Do better you announce that in the beginning!
