This is the second time I have ordered from here and had to wait over an hour for carry out. The first time apparently all the employees minus 1 walked out, but they still kept taking orders. This time there was 5-7 people working, yet they seemed more concerned with horseplay, eating while making pizza and sweeping the floor.
So, if you like waiting ages for a pizza order, or you appreciate incompetent employees eating while preparing your families dinner, then this is the place for you. Otherwise, I would go somewhere else. I absolutely do not recommend this papa johns location.

It is 1 hour and 19 min after my pizza was supposed to be delivered and I'm still waiting. Door Dash driver says the line is out the door. Not sure what's going on but our 2 pm order ahead clearly didn't work. Asked them to throw in some dessert to make up for it and he said he couldn't do that - best he could do is give me 25% off if I call once the pizza is delivered and tell them how late it was. Grrrr ....

If you are looking for a true hero of a pizza chain, look no further, Papa Johnās is for you. We ordered PJs the exact same time as our mom ordered Dominoes. Papa Johnās came through first! And it was delicious! Well done.

Ordered a large stuffed crust chicken pizza, got it home and it had 6 pieces of chicken (6) on the entire pizza. Basically $18 for a large cheese pizza. One of the worst pizzas I have ever got at Papa Johns.

Used the app to order curbside. Order was ready when I showed up, I marked āIām hereā parked and put on my hazards like I was told. Waited 15 minutes, they just kept looking at meā¦so I went inside to ask for my order. It had been sitting on a shelf getting cold because they didnāt want to bring it to meā¦.mind you, not a single cutover was in the storeā¦this is one of the absolute worst places to go.
Papa John's outsource to India. When u call u get them. If u use the app and there's a problem they won't refund your money. It's a big rip off. Why do they have to outsource? Take about giving American jobs away. Isn't worth the hassle

Good pizza but they fill the sauce cups half way and for what you pay you might as well buy sauce from Walmart on the side i paid good money for a fully filled side cup of sauce
