This taphouse is such a hidden gem and quickly became one of my favorite local spots. The owner is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and impressively knowledgeable about the beer selection, making it easy to find the perfect drink every time. Always love coming here. We had the best waitress before but she wasn’t there on our last visit. Unless you sit at the bar, no one checks on you to see if you need anything. Have to go to the order station to order another beverage. Missed the personal touch of before.
My family is originally from Vass but currently live in Columbia SC. When I drive up to see my mother we ALWAYS go to railhouse. We love the value of the food, and the quality.. I love the subs, pizza, wings ( get the Jamaican jerk or Sweet Thai Chili) for a meal and the Cheese curds are as good as what we get in the Upper Penusula of Michigan or Wisconsin (and we all know Michigan and Wisconsin know cheese curds.)
