Big Lucky took my order 4 times and still didn't get it right. I don't understand how difficult it is to get something plain here. Had to waste food to get it right.

1/31/202410:00 pmWorst experience from any Sonic location we've ever been too. The lady at the window was polite and apologized for our wait. Unfortunately they got our order wrong. We sat in one of the bays typing out all 3 of our meals out so we'd know exactly what to say at the speaker. After receiving the food, checking it over and finding the order was incorrect, we pulled around to fix the issue. We recived all fries instead of tots, and the burritos (the only item I ever order, every time) were also way slimmer and lighter than usual, so as we were trying to explain the issues at the speaker a male argued he had the order right and we were basically wrong, then cut us off while in the middle speaking and told us to "just pull around". Extremely rude. He then grabbed the burritos we had after we showed him how small they were and tossed them in the trash and shut the window in out face AGAIN. Once the food was corrected, halfway home we realized he purposely didn't drain the tots from the fryer at all and my clothes and car seats were PUDDLED in grease. I wish I'd taken more photos before cleaning them. Absolutely ridiculous how horrible his attitude was, and not only that, but vindictive as well. I wish I could give less than one star. It's unfortunate because we normally have pretty decent service here. Never again.I am aware greasy food leaves grease on bags, etc. This was dripping out. What a jerk.

I ordered their new garlic butter burger with onion rings. The onion rings were burnt beyond recognition. The burger was made the day before I think. It was way over cooked and dry. I bought a plain hamburger for my dog that she wouldn't eat it. The franchise owner needs to take a looky Lou at his employees because they are sinking his ship!

So one thing when I was ordering at drive through the sound feed kept cutting in and out, next I ordered a blue coconut cream slush which usually is the slush and icecream mixture and that just handed me a regular blue coconut slush. I looked at it and told the cashier this looks nothing like I usually get and she just bold faces lied to me saying that’s what it is. Also she looked like a pill head junkie and kept sniffling like she just snorted something. I’m really disappointed constantly on how terrible the quality of fast food performance is ever since Covid seemingly. It’s like no one cares anymore.

Actually, just wanted a cheeseburger with chili an a slice of tomato...decided I haven't had a sonic burger an it was my choice..yessss it was hot an delicious fresh cooked n frys was delicious...also amazing sweet tea ...best fast food I have had in a very long time...check them out ...
Did you know they have a large fenced play structure with a kiosk for ordering food at the playground with six large shaded outdoor tables? You can order and pay for your food and it will be brought to you while the kiddos play, absolutely brilliant!

Worst sonic ever. The waits are long, No matter what time of the day and how busy it may or may not be. Food is cold, drinks are half full and order generally is wrong. 0/10 recommend eating at this location.

Well. All I have to say is the service was fine but I felt they could've been kinder. I also could NOT pay it made me get the app and I don't have much storage on my flip phone. So I had to use my daughters phone and we could not figure out how to pay. So we left. We did not even get our food. We waited for 30 minutes to get help and snacks but nothing. The ambience was very nice. Very stressful- maybe we will try again in another life. I did not get popcorn shrimp.I did not get my mixer Ella sticks either. Lady was so mean. It's hard to be old

I went through the drive-thru today to order a milkshake. There was nothing wrong with my order, but the gentleman at the window was rude to me. He said, “You look better with longer hair. It looks like you just cut it.” I told him to not worry about me and I drove off. He must be pretty miserable if he’s commenting on the appearance of others. My hair has been short for several years. Just give me my order and I’ll be on my way.

My food was cooked better..a lot better this time around. The corn dog to me was perfect cuz I like a little crunch on mine. I got the super size tots. Not sure if the I got a sonic size or medium. I had to stir the Grape slush and they didn't put the nerds on top. Afyer that it was good and sweet. The waitress was friendly and it did not take a long time to get my order. Everything was hot and fresh. They gave me a lot of peppermint candy at the end.
