All I ask is you please either change the espresso more or something because every other time I come here my basic white chocolate mocha does not taste good and I don't have time to wait for a remake. 7-8 dollars for a coffee should be better than what I been getting. Sometimes it's great but it not good most of the time. I even waited later to see if it was a busy thing today but apparently not.

The gentlemen who took my order was fantastic, however the ladies that were the batistas were not helpful and very short if you asked a question. The oatmilk in my ice shaken espresso was also a bit chunky. It was ok, but will give them another try because they are a busy location.

I absolutely love my visits to Starbucks! Whether I’m grabbing a quick pick-me-up or relaxing with friends, the experience never disappoints. The staff are always friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome every time. The ambiance is cozy, and it’s the perfect place to either work or unwind.

My intentions are not to leave a bad review, rather some feedback. I've lived in southern pines for 11 years now, and always order basically the same thing. Consistency is what this particular starbucks lacks. One coffe made the same way should always taste the same. When I get a coffee with 3 shots of espresso, you can imagine my disappointment when it turns out tasting like a cup of thin water. I know the manager or lead guy with the dark curly hair makes a dank cup of coffee, so thank you to you sir! I just would like to see this place get to his level of deliciousness and Consistency please!

I'm just a snob about coffee. Lived in Costa Rica for a decade so Starbucks is meh, but that apple whatever stuff in coffee is delightful. And the folks here were top notch.

Oh my gosh I wish I could give this location zero stars. My drink was made completely wrong - I added a bunch of things and they only made it with one or two of the customizations which is CRAZY. They completely messed it up.

About 30 minutes after I drank half of it and threw the rest out, I got SEVERE SEVERE SEVERE food poisoning. My husband and I ate and drank all the same things the last 3 days EXCEPT this Starbucks drink and he’s perfectly fine. I had diarrhea at LEAST 15 times yesterday and throughout the night and I violently threw up three times during the night. I was in INCREDIBLE pain so much that I honestly should have went to the ER. I have NEVER had food poisoning this bad before even though I have gotten food poisoning from Starbucks 3 other times in the last few years. I would avoid this location at all costs because they clearly don’t care about cross contamination or keeping things clean. It’s almost been 24 hours since I got the drink and I’m FINALLY starting to feel a little bit better. Starbucks and its employees… yall need to do better!!!!
