The Staff was super Friendly and noticed I had been waiting a while and checked on what I ordered. However, the breakfast sandwich I got was absolutely pathetic and disappointing. The quality of the it was well below anything you could get at McDonalds but cost twice as much. Stick getting drinks from here not the food.

I’ve been going to this Starbucks almost everyday for the last 3 years. Never had any major issues. However, today was my last visit here. I typically get a plain black cold brew, and today it took a little while to get it in the drive thru. No problem. When it was handed to me, it appeared way lighter in color than usual, but I took a gulp anyway. The cold brew was extremely bitter, and tasted like soap. It was taken back, and the concern over the taste was expressed. The employees said the keg was replaced, but weren’t surprised by the complaint. They said they think the girl that made the coffee used a hose they were trying to clean to dispense the coffee. They said they were trying to figure out what was wrong with the cold brew, but served it anyway. They then said they believed there may have been cleaner in the cold brew they served me. The best part is not knowing what chemical I ingested. Wonderful. Let’s hope I don’t get sick from their negligence.

I have lived in 5 different states and have traveled all over the country. This Starbucks is the worse I have ever been to. I have given it multiple tries hoping the barista was having a bad day. Nope that’s not it. Today was the last time. Every time I go to the Starbucks in Rockingham my coffee is PERFECT. So I’ll continue to drive 30 minutes to get my coffee.
