I can't tell you how the food tastes because no one came from the back to help. I stood there for a while listening to the music in the back and said hello, trying to get someone's attention. No one came. Can't tell me they are closed when the gate was up and there was still food out. Online, it shows they close at 9, and they still had 45 mins. According to one Walmart employee, they close anywhere between 8:15-8:30 or 9, depending on which employee is working.

I ordered online. Everything was good. Come to pick it up they said they had no meats available. The store looked gross, hardly no bread, and I had to figure out how to cancel the order myself cause they didn't know how. And couldn't from there end.

I waited 5 min for someone to come to the line to order my food. My bread was burnt before the lady even started making my order. I had to repeat myself 3,4 times for her to hear me order she acted like she didn’t even want to be there.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Placed an order online before 4pm to be ready for pick up at 6:15pm. We stepped in line at 6:17 and it appeared that our order was just being started. The clerk behind the counter confirmed he was just stating the order and they did not have the bread we requested. I told him to cancel the order that we did not want it. He looked dumbfounded and I told him again we did not want the order and to cancel it. I told him it was supposed to be ready at 6:15 and since it was not and they did not have the right bread, cancel the order. He said he did not know how to cancel the order so I told him he better get someone there that could. He called his manager who had to come from home and was rude. She said that we had to contact corporate about reversing the charge. This is something she could have told the clerk over the phone to relay and we would not have wasted another 15 minutes. Will never step foot back in this subway again. What is so bad is we went to a Subway in a convenience store in Vass, they had 2 employees working and we got our order quicker than the time I waited for the manager. How do you TRY to run a fast food business with only 1 employee working during dinner time (5pm-8pm)? How can you call yourself a manager sitting at home with only 1 employee on duty?

It's an average Subway. Probably a good option if you're done shopping at a Walmart but there are other faster locations nearby if you don't want to deal with the Walmart parking lot to get a quick sandwich.

Waited between 5 and 10 minutes for someone to come to the counter to assist me ( 11:15 am on a Thursday); I gave up on getting any help and went to the Walmart deli and grabbed a pre-made sub.I see why they have a 2.6 avg review.

Ordered the turkey Cali sub. As it was being made, I asked doesn't it come with bacon. Only to be told it doesn't, that I could pay extra for it. I looked it up later, it does come with bacon. Would have tasted better if I had the bacon I was charged for.

Went for a sub at 8:50 after shopping, and not only did they close early but the lady was already putting her jacket in to walk out the door and wouldn't even take my order was so disappointed.

Went there 30 minutes before closing only to find a teenage girl on her phone sitting at 1 of the tables. Obviously closed down early so she could play on her phone. I guess I should expect this from a subway in Walmart?

I went there today at 3pm. My sandwich was fine but the customer service was not. The lady working clearly did not want to be there. She did not speak to me much, she threw an empty container behind her into a sink (aggressively) As a matter of fact, all of her gestures just seemed aggressive. It made me feel as though her making a sandwich was a favor she did not want to do for me. She was rude, barely any eye contact, she was looking down the entire time and made me feel like I should not have been there.
