My wife ordered food online and paid for it online . We went to the store and I could see our order on the pickup shelf, but the door was locked . I waited 20 minutes banging on the door and nobody came to the door we were ripped off our money from this store!!!!

I placed my order for a #6 The Boss Footlong. When I arrived, I was informed that the did not have meatballs.
I asked for a refund and was told that that could not be done either as a manager was not on duty. I asked for the order to be refunded when a manager was available.
The following day I see that there is still an existing charge for the order to my account, and now shows that the order was “picked up.”
Please review the footage for this location and explain when this order was picked up, by who, and why this charge is still in my account.
I have reached out to subway online customer support, but have not heard back from them to resolve the issue.

No roast beef, only 2 choices of bread, no meatballs, no teriyaki chicken, no onions and was afraid to ask what more they didn’t have. Worse part is that I order a sandwich that had the roast beef and they would not substitute but I was required to pay the same price.

It seems like every time I come here, especially at night, there is one lone employee left to fend for themselves. That's especially problematic considering how many times I've seen long, long lines, and as one poor guy is just working all by himself. Why isn't there ever more than one employee here?
Now thankfully, this does not ever impact my service, and I typically get my food pretty quickly. That said, the reason for the four-star review as opposed to five is the bathroom.
That bathroom is not very clean, and on a couple of occasions, the toilet is pretty clogged up

Third time this week that they’ve closed before 9, it’s 8:12 at the time of this review, and I can say with certainty that this is now the third time i’ve come here before 9 and the doors are locked, just because the staff is lazy and wants to make it look like they are closed to get out of working, and they have yet to be reprimanded and have asked to speak with a manager, to which they reply. There is no manager present.
Always love a good footlong with all the toppings.

I ordered the veggie sub which is very good I always order provolone cheese, if I don't order that I ordered the tuna sub and have my bread lightly toasted she loaded my sub down with veggies and the ingredients I want it on it meaning salt, pepper ,oil Etc I had no problems and I have no complaints thank you!!! Subway?
