This is the second time this week my husband and I went into this Subway. No bread the first time and very few meats the second time. How does Subway stay in business with this poor management?

Got a sandwich to go. Bread was very stale and dry bit into it. Noticed a black olives were green and kind of slimy.

Went to Pinehurst subway and they were closing 45 mins early. She was sick so I said feel better no problem and drove to Aberdeen. We got there 35 minutes before closing and they wouldn’t take our order. I said maybe Subway should update the hours if you aren’t open during your posted business hours. He said rudely “why don’t you just come earlier.” The place looked very dirty and messy. We drove to Jersey Mikes which was clean and well lit where they happily made us sandwiches. They had the same closing time as subway 🤷🏻‍♀️

After we lost the attitude and after I got over the feeling that I was an inconvenience. The young lady behind the counter made me a nice tasty, delicious sandwich.

She did hand me my meal after checkout and wished me a blessed day.

The door on the side of the building was locked. I'm guessing that was for security.

Worst food and service experience ever! . Usually just one employee struggling on their own. Chairs on tables in the middle of the day, dirty drinks counter. Rarely stocked. Some days no bread, some days no meat.. Always out of stock of salad bowls or they don’t have time to make salads.? Randomly in the middle of the day doors will be locked but you can see people inside… my local Subway and unfortunately the worst one in my area.

The crew is fine when MGMT schedules enough people. The crew themselves try to be friendly for as over worked as they are.
And the app is just an inconsistent POS

Everytime I Go to the Subway to get a Nacho bowl they never have it then they always talking about the customers and complaining about having to make their orders it is very unprofessional the way they do customers

My wife ordered food online and paid for it online . We went to the store and I could see our order on the pickup shelf, but the door was locked . I waited 20 minutes banging on the door and nobody came to the door we were ripped off our money from this store!!!!

I placed my order for a #6 The Boss Footlong. When I arrived, I was informed that the did not have meatballs.

I asked for a refund and was told that that could not be done either as a manager was not on duty. I asked for the order to be refunded when a manager was available.

The following day I see that there is still an existing charge for the order to my account, and now shows that the order was “picked up.”

Please review the footage for this location and explain when this order was picked up, by who, and why this charge is still in my account.

I have reached out to subway online customer support, but have not heard back from them to resolve the issue.

No roast beef, only 2 choices of bread, no meatballs, no teriyaki chicken, no onions and was afraid to ask what more they didn’t have. Worse part is that I order a sandwich that had the roast beef and they would not substitute but I was required to pay the same price.
