Never able to get the order correct. Take the drive to a closer SUBWAY or suffer the disappointment!

Good value and good subways & wraps. Service average. The small restaurant has approximately 6 tables inside. It is located in a strip mall. The soda fountain had several nozzles not working with a limited selection of sodas.

Horrible service. We ordered on the door dash app and it said “completed” but when we went in to get the order she, the young girl, hadn’t even started it. We went back outside and waited for 20 more minutes and when I came back in, she hadn’t even started it but said she was “working on it”. She was on her phone instead of doing the orders. AirPods in and not friendly at all. This is the second time this week I’ve been in and she takes no initiative and no speed whatsoever. I do not recommend coming here at all. it took 45 minutes for her to make two sandwiches. Also, I ordered a chocolate chip cookie and they had no cookies made, but the cranberry and the oatmeal raisin.

Wasn’t very clean, customer service is bad, mobile orders are never made correctly, always feel rushed, they are always running out of ingredients and they were closed at 3 pm with no posted signage.

Service sucks Amanda was left by herself while the other ladies watched. Jolia came in and went right to work.As I was leaving I noticed that one of the ladies was a manager. The food was good but I should not have to wait inside for 20minutes while my order sits on the side

Went yesterday with my wife and everything looked so un fresh! veggies mixed with others the preparation table looked horrible and the fesh guacamole was so brown it just needed to go to the trash.. will not be visiting this location again.

I’m convinced this is the worse Subway in Moore County. 9 out 10 times they get something wrong with your order. A few weeks ago I ordered online hours before closing time and the app notified me my order was ready so I headed to the store but no one was there so I’m assuming who left didn’t turn the online ordering off. People are human and mistakes happen, I get it. But you can’t cancel through the app, so when I called for a refund on the order I never got, the girl that answered said only a manager can issue refunds for online orders and took my contact information down for a manger to call. Surprise no call or refund. I’m not gonna harass a store for a $7-8 sandwich but just do better.
