We call in advance for reservation. We were told to call back the morning of. We did that also. We arrived that afternoon and the mgr refused to seat us. Told us that he wasn't informed of a party. He did apologize. We had a party of 22 and had to find somewhere else to go. We called San Felipe in Aberdeen was very accommodating. Texas Roadhouse has lost our business. I'll also pass along our experience there.

Food was served cold and burned New York strip. Had the really nice server, and she changed the plate. The chili was really cold when we got it. The servers were really nice, the food was not so great.

This is my third bad visit to this specific location before writing a review. Third in a row I might add. The first two, the steaks were either way over cooked or they were out of what I wanted. No big deal the manager tried to fix the issues but I always left slightly disappointed. Tonight, service was mediocre. Thankfully Ashanti took care of us at the start or I do not think we would have ordered for a while. Ashanti, you were awesome! Wish you wouldve remained our server. The prime rib.... second chance I might add.... is horrendous. I asked for medium rare. This photo is how it came out. The photo might not do it justice. It was cold. It was inedible on the outside. I ate the inside because I was starving and did not know when I would see our server again. That is on me. But I also, hate being one to complain about food. I love prime rib and this was absolutely horrible. I know it is a chain, but outbacks is still better than this. I will not be giving it a 4th chance because 3 bad food experiences in a row.... 3rd times the charm. I hope it gets better.

We went tonight this is our usual restaurant. It was terrible we finally got seated but received no silverware. The waiter came to take our drink order at which time we told him we were ready to order. He said ok i gotya. Then he left. He then passed our table 3 times going to another table. When we asked him why he didn't want to take our order he went and got his manager who was also very rude.

We were told it would be a 45 minute wait, but somehow, it was only about twenty. I think a lot of people left. When we were seated, the rolls were burnt, we had no silverware, nor napkins. The waiter came and asked what we wanted to drink. We told him and then stated we were ready to order. He said hold on and left to serve another table. He brought the drinks, which was not the sweet tea we ordered and we again said we were ready to order. He left quickly again and went back to that same table. He walked by us two more times and i finally got his attention. I asked him when he was going to come back to us. He accused me of yelling at him. He went and got the manager who said he heard me all the way in the kitchen. I never once raised my voice. He had heard the lady yelling out happy birthday to the person on the other side of us. The manager then told us to leave.

Well. Came on 1-9-25. Service was great. Food not so much. Ordered the med. Well 8oz serlion with ribs sides was ceser salad and steamed veggies. Steak was cook well done, i can deal with that. When it came to the ribs, they were uneatable. Had to send them back. Veggies was raw. Barely cooked. Probably will go to Longhorn next time.

Please take off the option for call ahead to get on the waitlist from your website! I had a group of 13 and tried to join the waitlist online. It said to call if I had over 6, so I called, waited for 15 minutes for someone to finally answer just for her to tell me she can’t put me on the waitlist since I had a big party. That’s fine but don’t have it online that you can call ahead with a larger party if you can’t do that. Such a waste of time and energy.
Food never comes out all at once. Got a med-well steak before a kids mac. Other time my wife and son were finished their meals before my chicken fingers came out. Very inconsistent service for bland food

So, I must of went on pajama day. I don't know about most folks but I don't want my dinner served by someone who just rolled out of bed. The meal, well, they are getting to be like Applebee's. That's not good. Dont know what happened but totally disappointed.
