I don’t recommend their take out services. Their system is not efficient nor accurate. Our order was incorrect twice after going back. They should have two windows and check bags before handing out.

Placed an order online at 5 PM for a pickup time at 6:45 PM. Arrived for the pickup at 6:48 PM and they were waiting for bread to come out. Checked on the order twice and they were still waiting for bread. At 7:30 PM I asked for my order to be refunded because my other food had been sitting in a bag for 45+ minutes and was cold. Was told I would be refunded but they couldn’t give me a receipt for the refund until a manager processed it which would take an hour or so…

We are avid TXRH goers- we just moved back here from the west coast & decided to go to dinner after unpacking all day. At peak dinner time wait was only 15 minutes- we were super excited. We were seated (without silverware or rolls) waiter came & introduced himself. We ordered drinks, got them. 20 minutes later still no rolls or silverware & we have seen other tables get seated with rolls, we order our food- salads come out. Still no silverware & my extra dressing was missing. We sat there almost 10 full minutes waiting with salads and no silverware. Finally we asked a waitress walking by. She brought us silverware. Our daughter’s grilled chicken was rung in as grilled cheese instead. When we got our food, I asked for melted butter (for shrimp kicker) the waiter came back & said they were out of garlic butter, I said regular butter was fine- he said it’s not melted… you’re telling me in a full kitchen yall can’t figure out how to melt butter??
Overall I was very disappointed in this dinning experience. And we go to TXRH a couple times a month usually. This is the closest one to us & I think we will be looking for another one.

Every time I go we have the hardest time getting bread so I tell them I will order once I get my bread, then they run out a lot. I will not be seated in the bar because that is where everyone/staff likes to go and talk, one time I had to get up and tell the hostess to seat me anywhere but the bar so now when I come in, table for how many ever then I say, no bar. Food has been great so why are we constantly running out of bread. I eat out so much and have never experienced this any other place. People might say, well…don’t go but I have $hundreds worth of GIFTS CARDS. I actually know Michael so do I need to talk to him about this or what? Nothing will be perfect but the last 2 times were great except the waitress said, well are out of bread. The constant running out of bread has to be addressed because that will cause the tip to go down or perhaps nothing . I have been a waitress many many years and customers come first not talking to each other and it got loud one time because we were right there where they come in and out, my 84 mom said what is that noise. U just can’t do this….if not improved I have no choice but to tell my brother, no more gift cards from you all. Go talk in the back! My Aunt and uncle come, no problem so I don’t know if it has to do w/ the time they go or what. I have more gift cards so pls get it together when I come.

Guess we'll stop coming now. Food is average but reasonably priced. Problem is, the orders are always wrong, at least the last several trips! Well done burgers are rare, medium steaks are well, steamed veggies are pretty much raw. At least, the beer was cold! Third trip in a row sending food back to the kitchen. Nope. We're done.

Disappointing yet again. This is the 4th or 5th time my to go order was wrong or missing items. Getting to the point where it's simply not worth it. Last time my order was messed up they gave me a $6 credit towards the next meal they were going to get all wrong too.

Always delicious 😋, great service (they were a little busy, so it took a little longer than usual, but it's the holiday season and expected), and the rolls were perfect 👌 my grandson ate 3 (he's 3 y/o)❤️💚🎄💚❤️
Dietary restrictions: I'm on weight watchers and I love their herb crusted chicken with corn and green beans...salad, but I'd need my own dressing to keep my points low.

Service was terrible & the food subpar! Went for my grandsons 18th birthday. There were 9 of us at the table. Afterr waiting ab out 20 minutes the server took our order and then 30+ minutes later (and they were NOT very busy) they brought food for 6 of the party. My grandson ordered a burger well done...it bled when he cut it. My other half ordered a steak and it was cold so he sent it back. The five that had food at this point were finished and the rest of the party was still waiting. When we asked they replied that the order was split into 2 orders due to the size of our party. Spoke to the manager and she shrugged her shoulders and said that is a problem with large parties. We cancelled the rest of the food and left the restaurant after 1 hr & 15 minutes with 4 of us still hungry. We will NEVER go there again! If I could give a negative 5 rating I would give it. $85 + for 3 kids meals & a burger & chicken strips...outrageous!
