It wasn't a bad experience. However, we got burgers and 2 appetizers. The burgers my wife,daughter and I ate weren't very good. The patties on all the burgers were burnt. The tomatoes slice was paper thin. The onion was just 2 outter rings from a small purple onion. The appetizers were great. We had a blooming onion and potato skins. My other daughter had the salmon. She really enjoyed the salmon. I spent 100 dollars on food and left a 20 dollar tip because let me tell you service was top notch and it was a busy Sunday evening.Parking: No 18 wheeler parking.lol.

My first visit to a Texas Roadhouse in over a decade. Our server, Maddy, was friendly and extremely attentive making many stops to check on us. One of the managers also checked on us, very professional and took the time to listen. The food was very good, it was overall an excellent experience and I will be returning.

Texas roadhouse is not let me down. They’ve done a great job every time I’ve ordered from them. I love the ribs. The house salad is delicious. I just don’t have anything bad to say about Texas roadhouse

Was sat down quickly, I recommend joining the waitlist if you can. Food was good per usual love it!. Waiter was nice but I believe I was treated differently because of the color of my skin. I was never rude I was always polite and nice so I was trying to figure out why me and my son where treated differently than the 2 guest beside us that arrived about 20 minutes later. I was sat down where 2 people can sit not a problem. There were seats behind us same type of seating. But this couple was sat next to us with a wider booth. Okay not a problem. Both tables had the same waiter. Important information. We never received any bread or butter but again I thought they were busy so I didn't say anything. But that couple that was sat 20 minutes after us the waiter immediately brought them some. We never got any. I had order a side salad which usually comes out before the food never received it again i thought they were busy so I didnt say anything. Our food came out I was still missing the side salad. The manager came by asking per usual if everything was good. I did mention to her I was missing the side salad and that I never received any bread/butter. She was nice and 2 minutes later brought me the 2 things. Shortly after I assumed the manager said something to the waiter because she came by to ask if I needed any more bread/butter..... Back to the couple next to us they received there side salads before there food. It was just an overall unpleasant experience in being treated very obvious differently. But the manager was very nice and accommodating. The staff was nice as well as the waiter I just wish the waiter would had treated us the same regardless of the color of our skin.

My husband and I visited the Roadhouse night before when we left to go to the car I was walking down the sidewalk and turned around to make sure my husband was behind me and when I turned back around there was a door right in my walkway didn't knock me down the man was nice it was an accident I know it was an accident he made sure I was okay I went on to the car and he went back to whatever he was doing however I did call back and speak to the manager to let her know how dangerous that door was and where it was at she then said that the next time I was here to stop by ask for her by name and she would pay for my meal so tonight we were back this way and I had left my phone night before last anyway so we were to get my phone I asked for her and she still said when we first got here that she was going to pay for the meal because she said that's what she would do. We ate our meal nothing extravagant and told the waitress that it was on Rosie and she went to ask Rosie about it and I imagine my surprise when she only paid $15. Now I was prepared to pay for the meal but that's beside the point that is not what I was told. I was told that she was going to take care of the meal so that is what I was expecting but she did not do as she said and that part is wrong.
