This man has mood swings and is delusional because he imagined I said something about his sign facing the highway that was based on negative criticism. I had been in his shop before and he never said anything suspiciously accusatory, but today he called me several things such as a liar when I was trying to tell him how he may increase his customer volume because of a large group of people waiting just down the street who were trying to get their driver's license or identity cards. He became so verbally violent I told him after I bought my food and drink that I did not want to have it.

5 stars is not enough. The cake I ordered for my son’s second birthday was delicious!
Kaitlin did an amazing job and also accommodated to my requests. I wanted the filing to be dulce de leche and she did that for me. I gave her the dulce de leche and she did her magic.
The cake was moist, the icing perfect. Everyone said the cake was great.
Thank you!!!!

The Barcelona burger is the best! Great local place for lunch!
Lunch at the Bakehouse is always a delicious experience. When the weather cools down , try the Red Pepper Gouda Bisque. You'll keep coming back.
And I can't forget to mention the wonderful service that makes a Bakehouse visit extra special.

Took the wife out for breakfast. We always drive by when we are in town. I'm so glad we did. Our breakfast was great. The service was great, too.And on the way out, you can pick up some pastries.

Ordered a carrot cake for my Fathers 80th. It was amazing !!! Thank you.
They made a custom cake for my wife’s birthday and it turned out even better than I had imagined it would be. Really enjoy that they sell their muffins at other local shops.
Regret going in to buy items from the case. The eclair tasted like fridge/freezer on the outside. No chocolate taste from the chocolate on top. Pastry itself had a super weird consistency, not anything like a puff Pastry usually should be. It was almost grainy and also chewey and mushy all at the same time. Filling was light but flavorless. Super unfortunate
My son requested a NY Keylime Cheesecake for his 28th b'day. We have recently moved back to the Sandhills so I didn't have a bakery that I use frequently. I made endless phone calls to request this and was told by all we can do cheesecake and we can do keylime pie but not a keylime cheesecake. Called The Bakehouse and they said we don't typically make those but we can do that for you for sure. Not only was it beautiful but most importantly it was delicious!!! I have found my new bakery!!!!!
The people are very nice the food is one of the best sandwiches in town I definitely recommend!!!!
