We ordered 2 spicy chicken sandwiches. That's it. Haven't eaten all day. Only took them about 5 mins to get our food together. There were cars in the drive thru so we thought they just dropped filets. Food must be fresh and ready. But the food was a bit cold....an hour or two later we both came home with our stomachs turning. Don't know what they did with the spicy chicken sandwiches or probably were left out sitting too long but we haven't been able to get out of the bathroom.
Before we left, the soda machine was messed up and we asked to get a refill from the soda machine in the drive thru. They never got our refill so we left.
Tonight is the third time we ordered from Wendy’s and once again they didn’t get our order right.They seem to always leave out my bacon cheese baked potato, ordered large combo gave me a small frosty. Chicken nuggets didn’t taste fresh at all. They left out the honey mustard dipping sauce for my husbands nuggets. Wendy’s three strikes and you’re out. Never again

Love Wendy's since high school but some suggestions fir this one. Need to have staff ck dining are more. Bad mix in drink dispenser and running out of items on condiment bar. Informed a girl bur she seems to have difficulty understanding issues.

The new fusion frostys the strawberry fusion and the Oreo brownie batter fusion 10/10 would highly recommend sooooo good....and the Carmel swirl is my favvvvv
