Turned away because I'm not an Uber or Doordash. I guess they only serve customers who pay an extra fee.
Love Wendy's since high school but some suggestions fir this one. Need to have staff ck dining are more. Bad mix in drink dispenser and running out of items on condiment bar. Informed a girl bur she seems to have difficulty understanding issues.
The new fusion frostys the strawberry fusion and the Oreo brownie batter fusion 10/10 would highly recommend sooooo good....and the Carmel swirl is my favvvvv

ordered at 8:50 and was told to pull up and we waited until 9:20 and no one came so we went back in the line and was told to pull around, not pull around to the second window like she claimed, so we did and 9:30 came around and we were hungry so we went to mcdonald’s and came back to ask for a refund and were told they weren’t “allowed to do refunds” ??? what kind of place doesn’t allow refunds? pretty sure she just didn’t want a refund on her register. she said that they were waiting for us in line mind you the line had not moved for the past 30 minutes, the same car was there the entire time we were pulled up so it wouldn’t have even mattered if we stayed in the line. it’s ridiculous the amount of time it took. i work in the food service industry as well so i get it but an hour wait time is so shameful and not checking on the car that’s been pulled up for 30 minutes is ridiculous. in the end we were offered to have the food remade and we didn’t even want it but it was a waste of our money if we didn’t accept so we did. at the end of the day i know some things are out of the workers control and i’m not even mad at them i just wish we could’ve gotten a refund instead of food that we’re not even gonna eat.
At our local Wendy’s the staff makes sure that they get your order right and always shows their appreciation for my business.
It was every bad the servers are slow they take one order at a time workers act like they don’t have a care in the world and others workers just standing around doing nothing
I would give a zero ! Sandwich’s was fixed wrong , no nuggets after waiting 30 minutes for the food .
Went there around 11:00 am (03/11/25). Not greeted by manager at the pick up window. Fries were cooked in old grease so they tasted nasty. Sprite was nasty. Haven't visited this location in almost 2 years, I see the service and quality of food is still not a top priority. Definitely will not be back.

Single dumbest fast food layout I’ve ever seen. You can’t get into the drive through if you enter from the west side, and you can’t loop around the building because you get forced out onto the main road.
Mid at best. Food was mediocre and came in small portions. Food took forever to get out.
Gave us the wrong sizes and meals. I asked for a four piece meal and the lady gave me a ten piece, the sweet tea was not sweet in the slightest! And the food was still cold when she gave it to us! So disappointed!!
I feel like every single tine I come here it's I'm sorry our system is down. I'm sorry our system just crashed... I'm so sorry our card system is down. Seriously I'm to the point where I feel like they all lazy and don't wanna do their jobs! If yalls system messes up that much than the manager needs to do their job and have it all fixed! It's really annoying and an inconvenience.....
I feel bad for the employees .. they didn't have enough staff to take orders and also make orders . There was only one person to both take and make orders . And she only had enough time to microwave fries and serve a cold hamburger with the hardest bread I've ever had . Wish some one else worked here too so I could ask for my money back . Gave the sandwich to my dogs , they said no too.
