801 Southern Kitchen and Pancake House

I just had someone order food for me and I wanted to let the owner know the person they talked to was rude and not professional. We had called about 5 mins before opening to see if we could order, a female answered and told us to call back, you weren't open. The reason we called 4 mins. early was because we have a diabetic and needed food for them and we thought they make take the order 4 mins. early. Also, to let you know, we love the food and we frequent your restaurant very often . please tell some of your waitstaff to be more customer friendly. Thank you. And hats off to your cooks!

They have a large menu with options everyone will love and the service was great! It was such a nice pit stop after a long drive.

One of the best places for breakfast. The staff is great and the food is better. The only problem I have with them is that they close mid afternoon. One of these days I hope to try their lunch menu.

The food was delicious and our waitress was the sweetest thing, but she was very busy and had her hands full. The manager was walking around asking if anyone needed anything, except my mother and I. She passed out table twice and even made eye contact, but didn't say anything. There were times we needed refills and she just passed us by. As stated before, our waitress was extremely busy, so the manager could've helped her by asking us. When we got up to pay, she was at the register and tried to avoid us again. There are some reasons why I think she avoided it, but I rest my case. They have great food, awesome waiters and hosts, but manager is VERY selective on which customers to check on.
