Tried to order chicken twice there and they were out, couldn't even get tailgate special. Staff and manager rude, slow service. How can a chicken place not have chicken for sale! It used to be the best bojangles around, now it's most def the worst due to poor management!

Went through drive tru . Was told that it would be 5 mins for a steak biscuit .. I agreed to wait time ... Was asked to pull forward to wait they will bring it to me .. A man comes to door and tells me to back up to windows. A car pulls in behind me almost had wreck . Then went in to deal with problem . Food still not ready ... When finally get food not hot .. why the wait, why the drama !!! Avoid this place !!

They never have the sweet potato pies and the drive thru mic is so bad that you have to practically yell for anyone to hear you.

If you go to this bojangles make sure you bring a board game to play why you wait for 30 minutes just to get a bad tasting bacon egg and cheese biscuit and fries then be prepared to eat somewhere else

Gentleman in front of me ordered a ham and egg biscuit. 30 min later, still wasn't served. All food was going out the drive thru. Manager said nothing about the conversation in the wait to order line until several of us chose to compare 'wait times'. The Gentleman finally got mad when I was served before him! Very poor management.

Come by there this morning 07/02/2025 at 9:06am ordered some breakfast. Got home and everything was disgusting. My sausage biscuits were on Buns! I didn’t request that! And my Bo-Rounds were so old and burnt I couldn’t even eat any of my breakfast. I called no answer and left a message. $17.00 to waste. Will take the extra drive and go to Mocksville or Clemmons from now on.
