This location is horrifically slow and disorganized. I just watched a gentleman leave missing his bo rounds and was so fed up that he left without getting a refund for the missing food.

The food is fine but they are very slow. I placed a mobile order that said it would be ready at 9:42 AM. Waited curbside until 9:55. I went inside to see what was taking so long. They finally handed me my order at 9:58
Tried to order chicken twice there and they were out, couldn't even get tailgate special. Staff and manager rude, slow service. How can a chicken place not have chicken for sale! It used to be the best bojangles around, now it's most def the worst due to poor management!

Went through drive tru . Was told that it would be 5 mins for a steak biscuit .. I agreed to wait time ... Was asked to pull forward to wait they will bring it to me .. A man comes to door and tells me to back up to windows. A car pulls in behind me almost had wreck . Then went in to deal with problem . Food still not ready ... When finally get food not hot .. why the wait, why the drama !!! Avoid this place !!
