11/23/24. 7:49pm Literally just went through the drive threw. Placed an order and the young girl with long black hair didn't know what I wanted and asked what was on a club sandwich.
When i decided I didn't wish to place an order after that with a never mind.
As we left and rounded the building the young girl was standing in the drive threw window giving us the MIDDLE FINGER with a smile on her face along with a guy standing beside her!!
Now I know why I go out of my way to the mocksville, lewisville or yadkinville loactions to go to a bojangles with yadkinville and mocksville being at the top.
I will not be back to this location any time after 5pm so yall might as well close

As I pulled up to the drive-thru, a womanâs muffled voice came through the speaker. I placed my order for a Cajun fillet biscuit combo with a Pepsi or Coke, but she barely responded, only telling me to pull around. When I reached the window, she didn't say anything and just handed me my food. I had a coffee with only a couple of sips left, so I poured it out the window to make room for my Pepsi in the cupholder. She then told me, "I wish you hadnât done that. It causes bees." I replied, "Well, Iâm not sure itâs going to be a problem in mid-November, and I still donât have my soda." After a moment, she handed me the drink and slammed the window shut.

This has to be the absolute worst restaurant in the entire Bojangles corporation. Management poorly plans and are frequently out of chicken and random times during the day. If you order a 12 piece dinner, check your order before you leave, you might get all wings because they ran out of the others and refused to tell you this. Rarely do they open on time due to their employees come and go as they please. I will drive to clemmons before I ever spend another dime here.

Tried to order breakfast here before work at 6:20 on a Sunday and was told over the microphone âweâre closedâ when their hours are clearly posted as opening at 6am on SundaysâŠ
This was a nice experience , the food was hot in fresh customer service was on point.

Best bojangles in the Winston area period. Not sure what the deal is with the others, but this one always gets your food right, itâs always fresh, the employees are always nice, and itâs somehow always quick too.

At 3:45 I went through the drive through and ordered. The young girl working was rude while I was at the speaker. I ordered a supreme combo. The supremes were old and crusty, the fries were okay but looked old also. I didnât receive a straw or napkins. This has happened multiple occasions, bad food and bad service.
Service was a bit slow. But workers were nice.
