On 3/6/24 I ordered a pound cake for my sister. The young woman who took my order was very nice and asked all the right questions. My sister likes her cake a little crispy around the edges, so she made sure to double check with the bakers to get that approved. When I arrived on 3/8/24 to pick it up it had icing/glaze on top. I told the young woman at the counter I specified no toppings when I placed the order. She apologized and said they could have another cake ready in 24 hours. The next day (3/9/24) when I went back to pick up the new cake it looked perfect! As soon as I got home we all dug in, which is why I unfortunately do not have any photos. My sister raved about it. She said it had the prefect crunch. Not only was the pound cake exceptional, but the service was too. The staff really went above and beyond by making a replacement cake with a 24 turnaround. 10/10 recommend this bakery!!

We rented the Crumb Box for my father’s celebration of life. The atmosphere was warm and cozy, we didn’t need to set up tables or anything which was a plus. The guests raved about the cupcakes and I could not have asked for better service! All around a phenomenal place. Hannah was our server and she was AMAZING!

I had gotten the pink lemonade cupcake and it was dry. The next time I went in, I asked when the cupcakes were made and was told they were made that day, again, the pink lemonade cupcake was dry. I was very disappointed by this. Their brownies rock though!
