I walked in and walked right back out. They lack customer service skills, as I walked in, did not feel welcome, not one greet, I actually felt like I just walked into a racial profiling rally. I want to start by saying I am not one to typically write reviews. This was my first time to Revive and unfortunately my last .There was a complete lack of customer service! No welcoming feeling as you enter as a matter of fact they barely look up at you or speak to you. I totally agree with a couple of other reviews in which others stated you feel rushed even though I had an appointment. I felt like I was on an assembly line. Everyone at Revive is amazing! On this day, Ms. Mai and the lovely Le helped transform my toenails and fingernails into something beautiful. I can’t recommend their salon enough. I am a horrible nail biter, but when I have SNS on my nails from Revive I don’t bite my nails and they always last for more than 2 weeks. I highly recommend this spectacular salon to anyone looking for high quality care and wonderful service!
