The 2nd worst bojangles ive been to. The only one that is worse is Roanoke Rapids

I waited for 45 minutes for a grilled chicken. They had the rest of my order ready and left it sit for 45 minutes. When I finally got my grilled chicken, I requested fresh strips, but the ones they gave me were worse then the first ones. This was my first visit to this Bojangles and I think it's safe to say I will NOT be going back. VERY disappointed and what a waste of money the grilled chicken was good, but the strips were old and dried out..

Waited for over 25 minutes in the drive thru, there was a truck at the window who may have been causing some issues for the staff however when we got to the window they were kind of rude and still did not have our order ready so we waited another 20 minutes at the window and then pulled up for a small refund for an item they were unable to make. It was our first time trying Bojangles and probably our last because of this one location. Super disappointed.
A man in a gray shirt did come up and tried to fix the situation I did not get his name but if he sees this thank you for at least trying unlike everyone else who was there.

Got order wrong after making sure, when paying. Cashier rolled her eyes and had attitude when we corrected the order. We said thank you. Then get sandwich and it was wrong. We just dealt with it.

I was given stale, dry cinnamon twists at the drive-thru. It tasted like yesterday's food. It was not fresh at all. I am tired of situations like this in our town; no one cares about anything anymore. I trashed them. 08/05/2025

I stop here because it's on my way to work in the morning butthe drive thru is truly gotta to be horrible waited like 5min plus to get someone to take my order then to get food not fresh is even worst
