On March 20th, 2024, at approximately 7:33 p.m.
I went to Bojangles. I placed my order. I then waited about 15 minutes before I got to window. After checking my order, I realized it wasn't correct. So I returned it to the worker and repeated the order again. She asked me to park.,which I agreed to do. I then sat another 15 to 20 minutes. So I called inside and the manager answered the phone. She wasn't aware that anyone had been parked. So she said, I'll bring out to you. It was still wrong. I went inside to get the situation rectified, but the manager was so nasty, rude, and unprofessional that I just asked for refund. Customer service is really bad and some managers, not all need to be trained!

Everytime I go here i have to wait more than 10 mins if I get steak combo or fish combo then they lie n tell yu they have to restart n tell yu to wait while to people behind me already left do

Honestly, It's hard to rate the Bojangles in Ahoskie. The service is So Slow that I have only eaten there once since it reopened about 2 months ago. I have been there a number of times, standing in line 2 or 3 times, but left when the line was moving so slow that I only moved up 2 or 3 pieces 5 minutes of waiting.The one time that I was able to get a ham and egg Biscuit, It was average.

I kid you NOT!! Bojangles at this location…where have you been at all my life?? This bojangles was packed like mice for a reason…OMG the biscuit I ate was so freakin’ good!! The food was fresh, hot, and tasted like love made it. Exceptional location!

First time visiting this establishment since moving down to North Carolina and can say I probably won't be visiting again. Took over 30 minutes of waiting to receive my and my families orders, and the wait really wasn't worth it.
A prerequisite to working there should be; can you count to four or maybe even five. The last two times I've been and ordered 4 pc. supreme dinners, both times got 3. It ain't that hard....or is it?

Took 4 visits to get a wing dinner because each time I went they either didn’t have chicken or didn’t have wings. I went today and they had plenty of wings however they tasted and felt like they had been sitting since this morning and customer service is awful by management and staff. Only about 2 or 3 that I’ve interacted with are awesome

When you order a light Biscuit it should be light. When cooked too long they get hard.Parking: I hope that they fired the Idiot who designed the drive thru, it takes up all the parking.
