We ordered two 6 piece kids meal got home which is 25 mins away and one kids meal had 5 nuggets the other had 3 nuggets. I called 2 times and got a fax machine so can’t get that fixed!
Went here last night to get Mc Ribs. Placed the order through mobile, expecting that it MIGHT actually be ready by the time we got there. Waited in the drive through for a total of 45 minutes (with only one car in front of us). They forgot the fish sandwich we ordered and had to go back through the line again. They said they couldn't fix it now because it was now after midnight (we placed the order before 12, and got there before 12). By the time we finished waiting for a replacement item, the other food was cold. Fries tasted like old grease. Mc Rib was much smaller than usual and also didn't taste right. It will be a LONG time before I'd be willing to give this location a try again.

A couple of weeks ago I started going back to our local McDonald’s. I have not eaten at McDonald’s and almost 5 years because the service was so bad and the food had gotten so much worse going there on the Night Shift was even worse two weeks ago I started going back because my husband had told me that it had gotten much better and I have gone there in the past week three times, I have gone there in the mornings for their frappe and even in the evening and service was exceptional. I think the manager that they have has to be the reason why customer service has improved. The food has also improved is obvious that she cares about what the communities opinion is of this restaurant , yes we know that is fast food but not all fast food comes with great customer service and in my opinion, Ahoskie is moving in the right direction again with McDonald’s!
