Ordered 4 shots of espresso with vanilla and whipped cream. Got a latte. Ordered sourdough toast, bacon, and over medium eggs. When my food was brought to me I politely said I ordered over medium eggs. The lady very rudely said "it wasn't on the ticket." I asked her if she could make me over medium eggs and she replied with a frustrated tone saying "we don't have a stove." I doubt I will be coming back. The lady that took my order was sweet and respectful while taking my order and when I left. That is why service is getting 3 stars. The place was nice but customer service needs help when it comes to kitchen staff delivering food.
