Cannot follow simple online order instructions got 2 subs both were supposed to be toasted neither of them were toasted asked for extra honey mustard ended up with no honey mustard at all the sandwich was overall horrible worst subway I have ever been to!!

Worst experience ever. Told the person we were doing online order, he told us to make sure we ordered from the one down the street, bc the systems had locations backwards. Been sitting here 30 mins hungry while they are scrambling to talk to the store manager about put orders. Also worker told me that the one down the street has a rodent problem . What a joke. My girl is pregnant paid and havent ate and this is pathetic....

The food is great, but always run out of chocolate chip cookies. Service on the other hand is very poorly, they are always talking between each other, they do greet you when you come in, but are very impolite and rude when they wait on you for example tonight as soon.as I walk in the door start yelling we going to close that she said it's okay if they are the only 2 there, it's always 2, your lucky we are waiting on you and it's only 10:30 pm.

The young lady at Subway was very helpful. I needed a platter she helped me get it done. Super service!
We were in the restaurant when the manager was holding a meeting and let me say how unprofessional the manager and her employees were. There was one girl jumping and hugging on another girl being LOUD in the booth right behind my daughter and because the girls thought it were a time to play also woke my son up and far from professional as the manager stood leaned up against the wall and said nothing to them about conduct. From what I heard the store has either a theft problem or employees just handing out things. As a manager of a restaurant for several years I'd never allow what I saw. The owner should reevaluate all of the employees of that store because they are running one ghetto fly infested restaurant. They acted like they had no home training.
