Recently went here and after waiting 10-15 minutes in the drive thru line, I was finally able to place my order. The worker informed me that the Taco Bell items had a 15 minute wait. I replied and told them that was fine and that I was able to wait. The worker then told me that I couldn’t wait to order because other people may want KFC which I understand so I told her I could order and wait in the parking lot. She then started to argue with me saying that I couldn’t wait for the food so I left and don’t intend on going back. Overall from previous visits and this visit the food is horrible at best, the service I the worst I think I have ever experienced and it’s clear that the employees especially the one working the drive thru tonight need to be fired and replaced.

Arrived at KFC at approximately 7:30 p.m. to have a couple of pieces of chicken. On going in discovered that there are no soft drinks nor iced tea. They have had neither since this morning. The only thing they had to offer was water. The reason that they did not have anything as far as soft drinks was the CO2 machine was broken. But all it takes is water and tea bags to make tea

This was the second time coming here in a week. The first time we went inside and there was plenty of staff but we waited in line behind a woman for 10 minutes. We walked out! This time we used the drive through and entered the line at 5:40 and was still in line (before the window) at 6:20. If we hadn’t already ordered we would have drove away

This place drive-thru is slow I've been here for more than 30 minutes for 3 taco boxes all they been doing is standing around
Went inside to get early dinner- late lunch. It was 4pm, so not dinner dish. There were soooooo many people working on shift, we watch a few bump into each other and have to shoot around each other. We ordered three 5 layer burritos - they only had ground beef and cheese. Ordered the new street chalupa meal - got 2 regular chalupa. Ordered a steak grilled cheese burrito - got ground beef grilled burrito. Ordered a Mexican pizza - out was put on the bottom of the bag so it was smashed, stick to the top, which tore when I opened it. Service was friendly as can be but it took 15, almost 20 minutes to get our food. We were the only ones in there. We sat at a table while waiting. We looked to find the least dirty one. There was trash under some tables, sticky soda residue where you at your drink too get/put a lid on your drink.

Great customer service. And clean lobby and restrooms ! Food was fresh and tasted amazing and could order from both menus .
