Great food, great service, first time ordering here, atmosphere reminded me of sonic. Served by a girl with pinkish purple hair, she was very sweet for having to walk all the way out to the Ashley parking lot to take our order. Will be coming again!!

Visited today around 3, the line was super long but i do understand it was rush hour or whatever, amazing service though the chick with the purple split dye hair hair walked all the way out to the ashley parking lot to take my order. definitely coming back another time, hopefully not during rush hour .

I was there last weekend i went three times and everything i ordered was on point.Staff was great and friendly no complaints.When i come back into town that will be where I will be getting my coffee...The only issue is i wish they had one where I live....hopefully they will one day.

Drinks are good but service is terrible if the young girl with purple hair takes your order. As soon as we got in the drive through for her to take our order there was no greeting, no hello, no how are you. Just staring at us, it felt very uncomfortable and like we were an inconvenience for her. I asked her what was in one of the 7Energy drinks and she ignored me and then said “did you say something?” Ummm no tip. Do better for customer service!

Great coffee, great options, friendly staff, VERY upbeat...but that damn music!!! Does it actually have to be that loud? Is that store policy? I decide I'm in the mood for some some coffee and spend the next 12 minutes screaming at some random 19 year old kid. No wonder their all traumatized or triggered! I have to verbally assault them with my drink order, all the while some jerk is singing about how "he can't feel his face" cranked up to 11. Sorry, I'm old and I hate starting my day out screaming at children before I've had my caffeine. Other than that...its great, no complaints.

Me and my mom & sister just tried 7brew for the first time the other day and went back again today, literally my new favorite place the workers are very patient, energetic & has the kindest souls ever. The atmosphere is welcoming & inviting. 7brew is my new favorite coffee place ❤️.
One of the best coffee shops I have ever been to. They have a HUGE assortment or drinks and coffee's. A ton of sugar free options too. That taste wonderful.

The employees are great and today they were participating in sharing random acts of kindness. I have never had a bad experience here! A drink was accidentally missed in our order & was corrected with no extra charge. I am sure for some people, the upbeat music & menu being electronic is a downfall, however we are in 2024 and QR codes, giving your phone number and tablets for ordering are more logical and keep things moving! A company can’t please everyone but they can try and they absolutely succeeded with my car full today. A great asset to Albemarle & to think I was skeptical at first! Prefer over Dunkin’ & Starbucks!

Have been there 4 times. Twice including today got the wrong order. The first was decent. 2nd time got the wrong order but by the time it was realized it was too late. Today my wife ordered by phone, went over the order several times with the young woman. When I brought it home to her, it was wrong again. I personally do not go there but have taken my wife and also picked up orders for her. These people need to get their act together. This afternoon there were 3 young women and a guy. The women were all dancing, talking and laughing inside, the door was open.The guy was out in the pouring rain taking orders. My wife said she could hear them over the phone, sounded like a party going on. The phone order today was given on my phone (speaker on) while I was there. My wife talked directly to the young woman on the phone. She came out as I was complaining and waited a good 10-15 minutes waiting for the order to be taken. The guy never came to my car.
Always good service and the drinks are correctly made.
