We did a takeout order and half the food was missing so I had to wait a extra 30 mins to get what was missing from my order….so we had a bunch of cold food to bring home and there was a hair in my sons food…..I wouldn’t suggest going…. We paid $92 for cold food with hair in it…..Cookout would be cheaper and better

We should have known better than to continue on our dinner quest after the host took our info down with our name, and how many people we had. After I sat down to wait, he was skipping over folks who had been there for a while. Then continued to ask who is next, and him grabbing whoever he thought he remembered coming in first. Instead of using the phone number he took down for us, and using the actual waitlist, just sat whoever. Literally asking who was here first to everyone. Crazy right? It gets better, just wait..
We are then seated in the bar area, and order our drinks and the sampler appetizer. We sit, we sit, we sit. Drinks finally come, and our order is taken. We sit, we sit, we sit, appetizer finally rolls out, cheese on the artichoke dip has a layer of cheese on it similar consistency to drywall. Literally rock hard, I could not cut it. I lopped the drywall cheese off, and here was the dip! The chips? Literally tastes like flour dipped in vegetable oil. No flavor, and no crunch. The buffalo wings, the sauce clearly indicated our food had been sitting in a heat lamp and not run by literally every staff member in the building for 20 minutes.
We are literally giving Applebees the benefit of the doubt here because it’s a busy Saturday night. I get it.
Our food comes out. Our daughter had asked for ranch with her chicken tender kids meal when she ordered it. Yup, you guessed it, no ranch? My husbands fish and chips? He takes a bite out of it and it’s still freaking raw. We did not know Applebees served sushi. Well again, we sit, we sit, we sit, I literally got up to walk into the kitchen and there is our server, finally coming out of the kitchen for a rare appearance. Asks my husband what he wants to order, as if he has the menu memorized, not a omg let me grab you a menu or nothing. He just flys off with a Swiss burger.
My husbands food finally arrives with my daughters dessert. Burger was fine, my 10 year old daughter was given plastic spoons to dip into her blondie skillet. Yes that’s right plastic with a skillet from the oven, wouldn’t you know, the melted plastic burned her freaking lip.
Another 20 minutes goes by as we’re parched looking at our empty drinks that had not been filled once during our meal, and the literal trash piled on our table, because no one can be bothered to prebus. She comes over finally and says we took your fish and chips off and the burger. Phew, I’m so glad you took the sushi off the tab… like okay. We pay, and lo and behold I see on our receipt that we were also charged for a drink with our daughter’s kids meal and also charged us for tarter sauce for the imaginary fried fish my husband ate.
What a freaking sad excuse for a dinner. Applebees should be absolutely ashamed of this. There is no reason that literally everything about our meal was this way, from walking in the door, to walking out. Shame.

Good food and atmosphere. Update: ordered online for food to be delivered to car. 20 minutes after order was supposed to be delivered to the car, I had to go in and pick up the food! That was after someone came to the car for our name on the order. While I do enjoy the food, the service this time was way below what we expected, especially since they came to the car to verify whose name the order was in. This score is assuming the food is good after we take it home to eat it.

Good food, great piña coladas, and attentive service. The only issue was how salty the ribeye was, almost couldn't eat it. It's a thin cut steak, no need to douse it in seasoning and leave it soaking in a pool of butter.

Everyone was super friendly and the food was exactly what we expected. It seems like they've had a tough time staying staffed up, but they did a great job. If you go to Applebee's and expect a gourmet meal, you’re being unreasonable. They offer decent food for a fair price, and the service was good.

Just leaving this review to let everyone know they do not seem to want to bring out the food for Carside to Go. The last three times they just didn’t come out. We had to go in. The food was ready and when they gave it to us they did not apologize for not coming out.

Me and my friends went out to celebrate and we had a good time together but the food was okay not like it was crazy good and the service was one of the worst we have had me and my brother tried helping our younger brother pick out something he likes and our waitress decides to say no he won’t like that cause it’s nasty and we just agreed with her but then when it came to my order and my friends order the waitress decides to say did you not hear me tell him it’s nasty I mean sure to you it could be but this is my first time dining at Applebees and just want to try anything there it only gets worse as my older brother asked if the new dish was good and the waitress who was just criticizing the food and trying to make my little brother pick something else cause she thought what he wanted was nasty decides to tell my older brother I don’t eat here I just work here if she just works there then why would she be trying to change my little brothers order ? Besides the service the atmosphere was pretty peaceful and the only problem was the service

We came in around 9:30pm to a host and waitress talking and acting as though we weren't there. Party of 6. Over half the restaurant was empty. Host didn't know where to sit us, we showed him about 10 different places but he said there was no waitress. Then went to the kitchen and came back and said they only have 2 cooks and the manager said to tell customers they are not taking customers right then. We said when could you. He spoke to manager and they said probably 35 minutes. We said that's fine we will wait. We got seated around 10:15 right after I asked for a manager bc there were waitresses at the host spot talkin about the customers. Clearly knew we could hear but did not care. We got our appetizers 45 mins after ordering then our food 45 mins later. Some of the food had what looked to be pubic hair in it. A different waitress was sweeping the seats off and then sweeping the floors. The bathrooms were disgusting. Honestly the whole place was as sketch as it comes. The waitress Lindsay that served us was the only good thing about the dinner. She was super sweet about everything. I hope she goes on to work somewhere with higher standards. That place doesn't deserve her. You may be thinking at this point why didnt you leave. Well my sister has been wanting their chicken tortilla soup and she was stuck on it. When it was served to her they said here's the soup but were out of tortilla strip. We will never return here. Best advice we can give is go to the sanford one, I would not walk through the doors of this one again if they gave us free meals for life. It was that bad.

Awful service. We asked our waitress what Samuel Adam’s beer they had and she said I don’t know and stared at us…. Also, I ordered bacon in my burger and my husband had bacon with his honey chicken skillet but neither had it but we were charge for it??? I told her there wasn’t any and she again stared at us and said they might be out. I had to ask her to check. Sure enough it was back there but cold. Awful service. Also, she didn’t have a name tag or I would be putting her name in this
