We did drive thru. the lady was awesome. They wanted to make sure my chicken tenders were fresh. I personally don't like Arby's, but the string fries and chicken tenders were amazing. The atmosphere didn't apply to us.
Arby's is constantly good in Albemarle. The dining room is fairly clean on most occasions. The restrooms are not unkept. The access to the parking lot from the highway is quirky. Your atder is prepared fresh and fast on most occasions.Try the Arby's cheeseburger. It's tasty. Their other selections are good, too.I pay about $10 for a drink and sandwitch with no sides.This Arby's location is one of only a few fast food places in town that I recommend.

Went in to order to go order. Friendly.hadvto wait like 5 mins for the crinkle fries to cook which wasn't to bad knowing they are fresh. So all in all it was a good visit .

My burger was raw and it cost too much for it to have been raw, I called and no one answered the phone, but that's the only complaint, I love arby's food.
I ordered on the mobile app and the store was closed. I called and was told they could not issue my refund I needed to contact the app support. I made two inquiries and multiple calls. I have yet to receive any response or receive my refund after a week. I have never ordered food via app with any other establishment that closed early and not been able to receive either my refund or the food ordered when they open the next day. This is unacceptable and theft.
